The rhinestone bracelet IS on elastic, it is just a little fancier than the silver elastic usually sold. I also wanted to show that you can apply to any elastic bracelet that you find at a store in case you can't find the floral type.
Ummm.... how bout showing how to use the elastic one too.... This video was not helpful at all to what I was looking for. I wanted info on the elastic wristlet. Thanks to another person who commented and explained what to do with the elastic hardware wristlet.
Remember, this is a "How to" video, an example of how to make a corsage using any flower you prefer. If this seems too big, use a smaller flower. This was just easy to show the basics.
This is just a basic how-to, to show step by step. Take from it what you can and use your own imagination to be creative. Use different flowers, bracelet, ribbon, leaves, rhinestones etc. And remember to have fun and be positive.
I preferred to make the first wristlet, rather than the elastic with metal. If the elastic with metal is what you prefer, just bend the medal over the stems, than using floral glue cover with leaves or other small flowers. You never want to show your hard wear. Remember, you can use any nice elastic bracelet and secure with ribbons.

Ok, this video doesn't say anything about how to attach it to the FIRST wristband she showed. The second wristband with strings is pretty self-explanatory.
I had always wondered how I could make my wrist corsages with real flowers. I always thought that I would break them. I make mine out of faux flowers and they still turn out really really well. But thank you for the video! :)
You can find the holders at a local craft store, a local florist, or just try a nice rhinestone bracelet that is tight on the wrist and secure lightweight flowers with ribbon. Sometimes I use only ribbon. I make the flowers, sort of like a regular corsage, then tie two ribbons at each end to tie around the wrist.
Hi, this is Crystal, Corsages are the tradition. We have been doing alot of posey's(small hand held bouquets), single stem with ribbon, and purse pave's. You can always attach flowers to any nice bracelet made of rhinestones like you see displayed at drug store counters by weaving flower(s) on sturdy with a ribbon.

No more than 10mins. Smaller corsages are much better as they wont make the bracelet turn round.

You definetely can, I do prefer smaller corsages and these orchids come in a mini cymbidium size too.

Very nice but would you ever think of cutting the Orchid stem shorter to make the binding point alot thiner and less bulky?

If I go out for an important dinner (company dinner), can I wear a corsage ? Is corsage only for wedding occasions ????
udon890 1 year ago
@udon890 corsages are generally only for weddings and school dances and such.
disneynazar 1 year ago
@udon890 If there is some type of (company) celebration, it is not cconsidered outside of the boundaries of good taste to wear a corsage.
