@Thekingofthecrux I would find the game more enjoyable if they weren't so frequent, and not have skin made out of kevlar. I shot someone once with a SAW with 10 bullets in the torso and he didn't die. Farcry 2 could have been so much better without all the bullshit...hopefully Farcry 3 next year will improve on things dramatically.

@Thekingofthecrux I'll correct that. It took something like 15 direct bullets to the chest to kill. One time a guy survived a close range attack. I shot some guy in the neck with a SAW with about 5 bullets, and he was on the ground like "oh christ I've been shot'. Ah well...

Far Cry 2 was disappoining in the wild animals department.. Where were the aligators? The elephants? The giraffes or hippos? Not even a lion!

It´s not that hard to just implement a few animated creatures..

@TheConnyB The problem is, the devs wanted a "real" wildlife simulation - and when they tried adding lions it would be a shitstorm because they couldn't handle the predation aspects. They COULD have added them, but can you imagined what could go wrong? It was so complex and prone to failure that rather have not have it than having it broken.

So there are a decent amount.

No lions, giraffes, aligators, etc tho. They should sort that out in Far Cry 3, it will add a new dimension to the game.
