I am thinking recently that the oligarchs do not want world government at this time. What they want is a central global monetary system.

But not a single currency...rather a new abstract global reserve monetary unit (like the SDR) controlled by a global central bank.

They dont want to 'unite' the nations just yet. They can rule more efficiently through the nation state system for now.

After all the game is not to let anyone know they are the rulers.
