    :( SAD...

  • They could, their wings are white when they dont, this is so sweet... :)

  • I didnt know chickens could fly

  • cool, I mean really, nice trick, when our chicks hatch I'm teaching one to do that!

  • Hi

You know what I didn't really teach them, I used to kneel down and feed them out of my hand and the one of them jumped up on my arm so I stood up and tried it and she flew up!

  • The chicken looks so content.

  • That's not flight :/

  • @jamboy711 don't worry

  • Of course chickens can fly! We used to breed chicken before and we have a chicken named Saryan who keep flying off the fence and go to our garage and she'll lay her egg there. Good time, good times.

  • Imagine seeing them flying like swifts!

  • I'm sorry, I wish I could time her, but a fox got all our chickens but one when we moved house.

  • try to time how long it can stay in flight. i read the longest recorded flight of a chicken was 13 seconds.

  • i bet your garden didnt stay looking like that for long!

  • The chickens were kept in the bottom half of the garden most of the time I just fed them at the top were I filmed.

  • how old are those? One of mine would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do that when she was a pullet but now she's grown up and doesn't do it anymore :(

  • About a year.

  • ace chicken

  • very cool

  • how old are thease birds?

  • That's adorable. c:

  • way to go, you have almost as many hits as it do, and you have been on one year less. My chickens do that when i open the door too thier coop.

  • but i could be wrong

  • i think this video is being reversed

  • I thought it said Frying Chicken.. LOL

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

  • we,ve got one the same breed and she flys the whole paddock for bread lol its ace

  • lol, wow you people are harsh.

I liked the video! It was cute! Chickens make great pets and that lil hen loves you enough to come for some munchies! Very cute!

  • gave me an appetite...mmmm

  • Nice

  • did anyone see the cat walking on the fence while he was feeding the chickens?

  • @Ivory101 cats are afraid of chickens (mine chase cats and even my English pointer dog around)

  • I had this crazyass chicken who would like do this crazy glide from my roof it could glide for like 20 feet horizontally gracefully down to the ground

  • Cuuuute! I'd love to have some chickens but we have to many cats, foxes and coyotes in my neighborhood.

  • you still can just need male "pee" around the edge of your garden and that helps keeps the foxes away and should help keep coyotes away and we have cats in our area and the chickens make a racket if they get attacked by a cat as ours did and we were able to scare the cat off, and yh keep them in the run or coupe when your out or at night time

  • He is the chicken lover

  • You mean you fucked a bunch of chickens to get this guy to read?

  • fly chicken fly! :P

  • lmao.thats pretty funny

  • 2 of my chickens do it. I got the third a few weeks later than the others so isn't quite as tame but chickens do it. One of mine, annabel is lovely actually. Will come over and sit on my lap all day. Flop out and everything. Chickens are great pets.

btw guys. They won't be able to do this if the wings have been clipped.

  • Your chickens are better behaved than some small children I know, and so sweet too!

  • / \

    o o O

  • i see a cat on ur fence =D

  • every chicken I've ever had could fly enough to roost in a tree.. what's the big deal?

  • I'm not a tree, this chicken does it on command!

  • @bongobrawnycampervan yeah sure its tottaly on command not because theres food in your hand -.-

  • I have never seen a chicken flying...

  • Is it in fact only the one chicken that can fly???

I want to see the cockerel doing it!

  • As the title says it is only one chicken!
