There's more hope for rock music than you may think...problem is, the good bands aren't the mainstream ones. (There ARE exceptions, of course) So you won't hear them by turning on your radio. But they're worth the search. Hurt, Poets of the Fall, Evans Blue....such bands are the case.

Its a shame man a few are like Papercut Massacre, Shamans Harvest, 32 leaves, but you know I don't even go off of what I have heard of Itunes Genius Playlist recommends songs it thinks I would like unfortunatley it often recommends over and over bands that aren't really my style but I come up with good songs like this (keep getting stuff like silverstein, Underoath, Aiden, Avenged Sevenfold some of there songs are good though just not my style)
