Wow, thanks for pointing me to this. Your words are perfect to describe this spiritual experience. A deep 'knowing' of God and his love for us, that feeling of being 'plugged in' to the mains or something much larger than ourselves, yeah I can relate!. Brilliant vid.
The things you say only reveal your own character to everyone, not mine.
How many people do you honesty think will form an opinion about ME, based on an abusive comment like yours? Whereas how many people will form an opinion about YOU? Think about it.
Darryl, Im sorry man...i did not write that comment..I actually do not know where it came from..i must have logged on to someone alse computer..i am pissed at whoever wrote it thiough..seriously, i think you are brilliant and I dont feel that way.
:-) No harm done, mate. I thought it was a bit weird when I checked your page and saw you were a subscriber, and I thought, "Hmm, why did you sub, if you feel that way?" Thanks for clearing that up.
Consciousness is god, the whole of everything. We all are concious as well as having mind and body. The conclusion is, we are all god. Very simple, but our mind does like to complicate things.
This is awkward for me, because I know you're just asking a friendly question. But there's a bigger picture I have to consider, because you're a pupil at my school. As a rule, I can't, in good conscience, teach you TK, because parents could have all sorts of views on this, positive or negative.
Whatever knowledge you obtain from my videos is between you and whatever internet freedoms your parents give you, which is outside my control. But I won't engage in actively introducing you to it. Sorry.
I've had almost identical experiences! But I actually experienced most of them in my teenage years which made me one of the biggest social pariahs in my high school. I took me some time to realize exactly what I was feeling/knowing but now I'm grateful for it. There is no way I could ever become part of the "mainstream reality" again. No matter how much I may want to.
As some have commented, the stomach is often associated with Manipura, the third chakra. It is usually how I feel things; when I am not meditating (and then it usually rises higher in my body :-D)
And yes, i spent this week in wonder and awe XD
"Understanding" this is impossible; it is outside of thought; but when you 'feel' it, it simply makes sense!
Ah, the cliffhanger! As an ex-christian I found that prayers with other people was often an extremely emotional event, cathartic and satisfying. This can be used to recruit the lonely and the sad. I don't believe it is done in any sinister way but people are attracted by these rituals. Many get comfort, satisfaction and social contact, often with genuinely nice folk. However, the emotional experience can be mistaken for spiritual experiences and individuals are wide open to indoctrination.
"emotional experience can be mistaken for spiritual experiences and individuals are wide open to indoctrination."
This is sooo true. Again and again (especially in Pentecostalism) I see mass emotion mistaken for the presence of God, often triggered by the use of music and passionate speaking.
@darrylsloan This is interesting, I've had similar experiences actually. Including the "funny feeling the stomach" part -accompanied by glossolalia though.
I'm pretty sure you know that the stomach is the place our Chi or Energy flows through. Therefore, in my opinion, it's no coincidence that you felt something in your stomach. I could share some experiences with Spirits, but It had nothing to do with any Angel of Light or God. And it sure wasn't happy. This is very interesting stuff :D I enjoy it. Can't wait for part two tomorrow, haha.
Daryl... I could be listening to my own experiences here... (without the christianity bit)... makes me SO so pleased to hear someone else putting into words what i don't feel that express too well :-) :-) :-) *does a little dance in your comment section coz she's a happy cat*
darryl, when i'm riding the bus home from school i look out the window to the farmland, i live in a suburban area, but the bus takes these kids that live in this area home, and occasionally i will find myself staring out into the wide open land and stare out into the sky, but staring at where it looks like its reeeally far down there, and i think that's similar to what you were seeing when you were looking across the football field =). It makes me feel like i can to fly down there like superman!

Hi Darryl, I can relate completely to the heartbreak story. And it is amazing how your life does change direction because of it.

Thanks for this Darryl. It was touching and deep. I felt the same way until I did some science research.
