Check her website from video description. You can actually watch how she makes the fursuits from webcam, she is online quite often. Keep an eye on her blog.

Generally these suits have cast resin heads.

Maybe you already know, but here is the summary about what to do:

First you'll need to get a quote - when they declare that "quotes are open" email them description of what costume you would like to get so that they can make price estimate. (There is also approximate price calculator on site for your use, but you'll need the quote anyway).

Once they open for accepting orders, mail them again, declaring your wish to order the costume you have quote for.
