You should write an agenda for each video you post.

Find topics beforehand, maybe things relative to your life, the internet community, or the world, etc...

New releases of movies, albums, etc... that interest you or you plan on getting.

Things of that nature.

Don't know if this helps at all but I suppose it's better than not saying anything.
