I think Scolari is an extremely overrated coach. In the 2002 World Cup he had by far the most talented squad of players, and rather easy fixtures. He hasn't won anything since.

His spell at Chelsea was a wake-up call. His signings were mostly crap, tactics were poor and he couldn't handle the squad. Sure Chelsea players are prima donnas, yet both Mourinho and Hiddink found a way to deal with them. Hell, Even Avram Grant, practically a nobody, did better then Scolari.
