This is a deleted scene. "Harry meets Sally" is a chick flick- it is about appeasing the modern American woman who wonders why she is not married. One reason is that once men and women(to a lesser extent than men) taste sexual freedom, they do not want to give it up.

Including this scene would attract comments like: Duh- she was sleeping around in her college and 20s- why is she now wondering why she is not married.

Its weird how the heroine gains hardly any weight since college. :)

Yes, I don't believe I've seen this scene before either. I wonder why they deleted it. Maybe they deleted it because they felt the movie audience would have liked Harry less and had less sympathy for him when they thought about his earlier sexual adventures. Or maybe they felt some in the audience would have thought Harry to be not a good selection to become Sally's husband eventually.
