  • Hi Scott, in a reaction above you say you run sprints on alternate days. Can you please explain? I usually go for a 15 minute run to a nearby park. Then I go for 8 all-out sprints that last 15 seconds, with 15-second rest periods in between. Then I do jumping squats, lunges, mt climbers. Then jog home taking about 18 minutes again. I'm sure it's effective, but not sure if it is the most effective. Would appreciate your thoughts on this. Thx!

  • @bl00dst41n3d Great job! I like to do workouts like this one, combining strength training and cardio conditioning 3 days a week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Then I'll run sprints on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Sunday is usually a rest day or I go for a hike. This workout schedule serves me well with getting great results.

  • @ScottColby All right! Well do you have any workout to get thinner legs cause I'm doing soccer and so I have really muscular legs. And so they're a bit thicker than normal legs and I'd like to change that.

  • the key to losing weight and getting abs isnt the same thing if you want abs you need a flat stomach to show it. crunches and sit and other ab workouts are the key that will give you abs, but you wont lose weight so you have the abs just under you fat. the key do losing weight is doing exercises that will maximumize the amount of body parts moving because you can't lose fat in just one place its gotta come off from all over. once you have a low amount of then you can get muscle and it will show.

  • I really like this i will be doing all of these excercises everyday. Im a 16 year old girl and i find this workout being perfect 4 me.

  • I used to do this about a year ago, but now I have arthritis in my knee joints from wear and tear. I know these excersizes are fantastic, but now I can't do them my abs are not as toned. Is there anything you can reccomend for me?
