2) They don't use carbon dating to date fossils, they use other forms of radiometric dating to date which have been tested to be accurate (Dalrymple 2000; Lindsay 1999; Meert 2000)
3) This does not show how evolution is non scientific, nor does it suggest that it is religious in any way.
I suggest you view the many videos debunking Hovinds' "science" with legitimate scientific data from peer reviewed scientific journals. I think it is also important to mention that Kent Hovind is not an educated scientist, and is by no means a real doctor. He attained his degree in christian science from Patriot University, an unaccredited creationist diploma mill. 1) They HAVE found transitional forms, such as tiktaalik and archaeopteryx. there are many more if you just do the research
2) They don't use carbon dating to date fossils, they use other forms of radiometric dating to date which have been tested to be accurate (Dalrymple 2000; Lindsay 1999; Meert 2000)
3) This does not show how evolution is non scientific, nor does it suggest that it is religious in any way.

I suggest you view the many videos debunking Hovinds' "science" with legitimate scientific data from peer reviewed scientific journals. I think it is also important to mention that Kent Hovind is not an educated scientist, and is by no means a real doctor. He attained his degree in christian science from Patriot University, an unaccredited creationist diploma mill. In reality, he bought a worthless degree from some creationist clown college and doesn't have any idea what he is talking about.

All organisms are "in the midst" of evolution in that each new generation of organisms is slightly different than their parents. Fossils aren't "in the midst of evolution" because they are dead remnants of life and therefore do not produce offspring.
