the brown is just but fugly i dont see what all the hype is about for the brown. I think the black and white look slick as hell. its like the anti-ipod. everything thats bad about the ipod the zune does good in that category as far as structure. i have the black. The audio playback is by far supererior to the ipod video. tis why i returned the ipod

No. They are not all refurbished. The colour is just slightly less popular, so the price is lower. I got one and its brand new.
