i think they look quite unnatural. Some pictures are better with normal light and when they change them i look like they've become barbies...

they look unnatural and plastic. some subtle color changes and pimple removing would be enough, but you also add a dark background with a light face which makes it look especially face because the lighting is faked. Also, you smooth out the skin, which looks plastic. Skin needs to have texture.

gaussian blur, surface blur, or healing brush tools. i dont like it so smooth, looks porcelain(fake)

@sashaisabitch2 You can also use the patch tool. It's hotkey is J, and I do the same photo retouching stuff (very good job here!). To use the patch tool, you draw a shape around the lines under the eyes (or wherever else) and drag it to a smooth spot. It works very nicely and only takes a moment! Hope this helps. :)
