damn, i wish i could have been apart of that event, seems like so much fun and i hate i didn't get to see T1 in theaters because i absolutely loved it, i remember growing up watching transformers cartoons as an 80's baby but i was no fan until after i saw the movie and like you now i'm a transformers fan for life

im glad im not the only transformers fan that became a fan after i saw the movie i mean i grew up with transformers too since i was born in the 80's but i did not become a fan until that movie and i seen it 8 times before i got it on dvd.

this vid and some others i think has made me associate 'what i've done' by linkin park with transformers, so since I love transformers, i love that song cos every time i hear it i think of transformers. wow. I LOVE TRANSFORMERS! YAY

Thanks Ann!! I was working the premiere for Paramount so I couldn't take video then (I did but that's why it's so shaky!) and then I worked the party for my blog but I didn't have a press pass so I had to shoot video guerilla-style! I just with I could have taken better video of the event. It was the best premiere party I've ever been to. I can't wait to see your vid!!

i didn't really like transformers either, until i saw the movie. now i'm watching all the animated series' and saving up for an action figure. >.>

It surprised me that they had replaced hotshot with bumblebee...that killed me when i had heard that they had replaced a original character with someone else.

also i cant believe they changed the style of the car's. originally optimus prime has no flames at all. i have not seen the movie but i have played the game. they may have messed with the character's style but im hoping the movie will be awesome. From what i hear it's funny,cool,and well the best movie the transformers have ever had.

Bumblebee was actually the vary second character shown when the series first started in 84. He was one of the most popular of all the characters when TF was at the height of it's popularly. It was characters like whatever the other ones name was that caused TF/Hasbro to fade away to what it was before the live action revitalized the franchise again.

By all rights it's Bumblebee that's the "Original" character.

Hotshot is not an original character, Bumblebee was the second character introduced in the first trasformers TV series.

best movie i ever seen in my life.. im 30 years old,, there were parts where i felt like crying, lol and parts i jumped out of my seat yellin and screamin. its the ultimate "blockbuster" ive seen it 3 times so far. and will def go see it again and again. and im super jealous of you being so close to all the cars, although i did see here in downtown chicago, a OPTIMUS PRIME rig, they had it drivin around.. it was pretty sweet. take care and thanks for the vids!

I am so glad this summer blockbuster movie FINALLY delivers. I've been disappointed by these types of films for years.
