Sort of..

I used a Boss MD-2 to push the gain up a little bit, the pedal was up to about 2 or 3 on distortion. It really does help, though :P

Amp settings however..

Gain, Volume and Bass - 10

Mids - 8/9 (Boost switch as well)

Treble - 5

Presence - 4

Reverb ~3/5
