Those light, mobile launched ICBMs can be pretty much faster than heavy ones especially at low distance . trajectory = 2*3.14*(6378+altitude) + rising/landing.

In my honest opinion "mobile IcBM systems" have got some weak leaks. a) they are visible from satellites b) they usually stay in a base from which exit in case of alarm, but in such a situation they could run only a few kilometers (so a satellite cam could identify all of them) c)a truck based launch plattoform is always prone to malfunctions. Better are "railroad based- ICBMS", they can be always moving, difficult to identify, and more stable as launch plattform
one person with a nice large pole for leverage can mess up the tracks which would derail any railroad car. Also with visibility all your railroad tracks are visible and can't move at all in any dif directions. A wheeled system would be deployed at the first alert before things got too hostile, that could put a few 100 miles offroad distance in a day. In my honest opinion "mobile IcBM systems" have got some weak leaks. a) they are visible from satellites b) they usually stay in a base from which exit in case of alarm, but in such a situation they could run only a few kilometers (so a satellite cam could identify all of them) c)a truck based launch plattoform is always prone to malfunctions. Better are "railroad based- ICBMS", they can be always moving, difficult to identify, and more stable as launch plattform

one person with a nice large pole for leverage can mess up the tracks which would derail any railroad car. Also with visibility all your railroad tracks are visible and can't move at all in any dif directions. A wheeled system would be deployed at the first alert before things got too hostile, that could put a few 100 miles offroad distance in a day. I'm sure that there are always some on alert and already out and about. All vehicles break, whether air, ground, water, rail, road, offroad.

The Russians are so far behind the United States. The American Peacekeeper missile was introduced in 1986 and has the capability of having up to 10 re-entry vehicles with each carrying a warhead.
This ss-27 missile was introduced at the end of 1997 and only has the capability to carry six warheads.

There is no reason to explain why the Peacekeeper and Topol are not comparable. They are both ICBM's, thats all they need to be in order to compare them. It doesnt matter if one is shot out of a silo and the other is not, they both serve the same purpose.

Yes they are both ICBMs. But Peacekeeper and Topol are not in same class! Topol-M has silo-based variant too, but topol is not heavy missile anyway.
Main advantages of Topol-M - very fast boost phase, quasi ballistic trajectory, maneuverable warheads, high protection from EMP and perspective laser weapons.

US ICBM's travel much faster than the Topol-M missiles. Modern trident missiles have quasi ballistic trajectory and maneuverable warheads. The US is the only country with laser air-based capabilities so it doesnt really matter.

You wrong about fact that US missiles "travel much faster" than Topol-M. Topol-M is much faster at boost phase. Modern Trident missiles are not equiped with maneuverable warheads! It's 1970s desing missile and today Trident equiped with standart MIRVs, upgraded just for better accuracy (and nothing more). Trident uses standart ballistic trajectory (like all old ICBMs), that is easy predictable, nothing new.
Unlike Topol-M, US missiles are not quasiballistic missiles with MaRV.

I wasn't wrong actually if you did the research. The Minuteman III can travel mach 23 while a Topol-M travels mach 16.3.
A version of a Trident missile has been made with MARV capabilities. The US doesn't use it but does that mean that we shouldnt get credit for it? No. The reason that Russia is using MARV's is because there is a higher chance that the US could shoot down one of their missiles than they could shoot down a US missile.

You shouldreach the vehicle, start engine (if it is possible in -45° C winter), go out of base among panick and the othr vehicles trying to do the same, move through off road-streets...and in the meanwhile a warhead had dropped. Maybe "silos-based" ICBM are better

This one however is designed to carry maybe 1500kg into low altitude orbit and then deploy it. it xcan't reach anywhere in the world bfrom one position but russia is the worlds biggest country and has several deployed in different parts of the country. therefore it cant hit anywhere but the arctic.
