I'm going to clear up some of the weird comments on here. This video is from an Asiana 777 which took off from Seattle on the way to Seoul. It lost an engine after take off. It's dumping fuel because it's too heavy to land. This happened April 2009 and was flight 271 if you care to look it up.

@ISSUESTHATMATTERMOST it was rarely seen in the 70's because the external flight fuel valve was not perfected yet. Often what planes would do back then was fly a traffic pattern for multiple hours until the gross weight was at a safe level.
@yayashua1 when an aircraft is taking off, it is accelerating, meaning it is gaining speed and with every knot that it gains more lift is produced. on takeoff it will get up to around 200 knots wich is about 240 mph
when a plane in the case of this video the boeing 767, it is slowing down as it is landing, and usually gets down to around 125-140 knots and is decending. meaning that as it loses altitude it loses lift.

It could very well be in the fuel. Anne Hesh does that movie about Chemtrails. I forget what it is called, and in it they mention that they put it in the jet fuel. That is, the chemtrail chemical substance is mixed with the jetfuel.

I understand that your stated purpose of the video was to demonstrate that liquids could be dumped from a aircraft (this not a new finding, most people understand what a fuel dump is)
But it seems that after looking into the actual occurrence seen on this video you have actual shown a number of other things
A)chemicals dissipate quickly even when dumped at low levels (2000 feet) and have little if any effect on the ground
B) even chemicals dumped at a rate of 1000+ lbs per minute (that is 30+tons a hour) do not leave a long lasting trail
C)to leave a long lasting trail that would have any major effect at ground level one must release the chemical at lower then 2000 feet and/or release it at a higher rate then 1000 pounds per minute
And may I suggest that if would like to post simulate videos that "demonstrate the release of liquid" from aircraft you research "relief tubes"

The most costly portion of taken a sample in flight is the aircraft itself. So out of 7 tons of fuel dumped (that is 2000+gals) as low as 2000 feet agl only "some of the fuel" is being reported reaching the ground. That, along with eyewitness reports that "most of the fuel dumped dissipated before even reaching the ground" does show that a toxic chemical (jet A) dissipates quickly
Remember, the Regs state that fuel dumps should be done as low as 4000 agl. And also remember, airspeed and ambient temperature does effect dissipation rates of a fuel dump
So even with "some of the fuel" reaching the ground after being dumped as low as 2000agl your video still shows a toxic chemical dissipating rapidly and not lasting for hours like chemtrail people say is the sure sign of chemical spraying
I double checked the Reg's and 2000 agl is correct. But even that shows that the FAA agrees that a release of a toxic chemical (Jet A) can be released as low as 2000 feet without causing a safety hazard... because it dissipates before reaching the ground.

They say nothing rusts under the flight landing paths of jets. But dumping fuel when landing is way different than making Loop-De-Loo chemtrails, carving huge "X"s, turning them off and on, having real contrails right in the middle of spray patterns, having 4 different spray patterns in the same sky, having 5 planes obliterate your sky in 1/2 hour, all of which I have recorded&posted, just can't be called contrails

I'm going to clear up some of the weird comments on here. This video is from an Asiana 777 which took off from Seattle on the way to Seoul. It lost an engine after take off. It's dumping fuel because it's too heavy to land. This happened April 2009 and was flight 271 if you care to look it up.
As far as the 'chemtrails' go, I'll leave that to the experts with the tin foil hats on.

@ISSUESTHATMATTERMOST it was rarely seen in the 70's because the external flight fuel valve was not perfected yet. Often what planes would do back then was fly a traffic pattern for multiple hours until the gross weight was at a safe level.

@yayashua1 when an aircraft is taking off, it is accelerating, meaning it is gaining speed and with every knot that it gains more lift is produced. on takeoff it will get up to around 200 knots wich is about 240 mph
when a plane in the case of this video the boeing 767, it is slowing down as it is landing, and usually gets down to around 125-140 knots and is decending. meaning that as it loses altitude it loses lift.

@yayashua1 this is shown by newtons 3rd law of motion that an object in motion stays in motion, and a heavy object (a plane full of fuel) takes more external force to slow down and stop in a safe distance than a airplane with a lower, safe amount of weight.

It could very well be in the fuel. Anne Hesh does that movie about Chemtrails. I forget what it is called, and in it they mention that they put it in the jet fuel. That is, the chemtrail chemical substance is mixed with the jetfuel.

The video at the beginning could be irrelevant. When on test flights, Jets often have smoke trails to emphasize the aerodynamics and motion.

Chem-trails are semi-dry test runs...
They are analyzing the aerosol effective fall down of mostly benign chemicals in order to maximize the effective coverage area as well as getting those who fly the platforms use to the idea of the benign nature of the spraying.
So, when the time comes to spray the death blow... The spray will be effective and those the pilots will not give it a second thought as they have been doing the same procedure for many years without noticing any ill effects.

i have watched these jets for months. they are white 747s with no numbers or markings on them. also sometimes they have no chemtrail until they get close to the city then out of nowhere they start spraying. this is for sure not a contrail.

ive got many points to express.firstly i live in the heart of the grain belt. this summer has averaged 15 degrees celsius cooler than normal.all summer it has been this way. record lows. that brings me to the spraying.this spring around april they started spraying on a consistant level.the days would start off clear and then after 20 to 30 jet runs in hours the sky becomes gray and hazy all the way into the evening.and then the temp drops.yesterday they didnt spray and it was 31 degrees celsius

I live in the DC area and have seen chemtrails almost everyday of the year. If I see clouds overhead on days when they shouldn't you can be assured they are chemtrails. Chemtrails have a funny fluffy appearance.
For those who don't know the difference - contrails is frozen exhaust from high flying jets and disappears quickly. Chemtrails hang for hours/days.

Could have also been a false flag emergency landing at Sea-Tac Airport as well. That is where this video was filmed. They declared an emergency landing and supposedly dumped fuel. Eerily, two days later, the Swine Flu outbreak. Not saying that is what they did, but you see how simple it is to say you are declaring an emergency and you need to dump your fuel and all of a sudden everyone dies from Ebola or something. Nothing is as it seems.

Now this video is showing something being sprayed that is certainly not from the engines as contrail is.
Up to this point, I have not seen any planes spraying stuff. Most of what I see is contrails hanging around.

Yea and I always thought the program and actual spraying would be run by MIC personnel at top secret access rather than pilots. I found what he said at 5:05 very interesting. Also what he said about developing the program made a lot of sense since they would need to test what happens when you spray metal from the aircraft.

"Dumping" gallons of petroleum based fuels into the atmosphere is basically dumping hazardous materials as it is going to end up on the face of the earth sooner than later. That constitutes it being a crime in most municipalities of the USA and hopefully other countries of the world as well.

Are you referring to Jet A as a "fuel engineered product"? After all, Jet A is much more then plain K-1. Are you familiar with Prist and other name brand additives?
And specifically what "dispersal agents" are you referring to? And do these "dispersal agents" act similarity to the fuel being dumped? If not what is the point of you video?(other then to show liquids can be dumped in some incidents)

But if you intent was to show that "chemtrail tankers" are spraying chemicals at Flight Levels in order to have some type of effect on the ground then you have not only failed in your intent but actually shown the opposite.
Please note that your video shows a aircraft releasing a toxic chemical (jet A) at a rate of 1000+lbs per minute and it has little if any effect on the ground EVEN THO it is being released at a low level (2000 to 4000 feet agl)

I just looked into the occurrence seen in this video. and according to the reports from the scene "The plane was between 2,000 and 4,000 feet up when it dumped fuel." AND "most of the fuel dumped dissipated before even reaching the ground"

I also noted in this video that the fuel dump did leave a trail BUT the trail was not visible for a long period of time( a minute at best) even tho the chemical (Jet A) was being dumped at a rate of 1000+ lbs per minute (typical operational fuel dump rate)

I understand that your stated purpose of the video was to demonstrate that liquids could be dumped from a aircraft (this not a new finding, most people understand what a fuel dump is)
But it seems that after looking into the actual occurrence seen on this video you have actual shown a number of other things

A)chemicals dissipate quickly even when dumped at low levels (2000 feet) and have little if any effect on the ground
B) even chemicals dumped at a rate of 1000+ lbs per minute (that is 30+tons a hour) do not leave a long lasting trail
C)to leave a long lasting trail that would have any major effect at ground level one must release the chemical at lower then 2000 feet and/or release it at a higher rate then 1000 pounds per minute

There have been plenty of samples taken,
however the best evidence you keep for the trial,as you know the best way to sample an offending aircraft would be to board it,
or collect sample in flight,
the first is going to be impossible and the second very expensive.
Once you have a sample you need to prove its source.
once you have proved souce,you need that as evidence,so as you know the perfect plan.

A sample taken directly from a "chemtrail" would show both the type and amount of chemicals (if any) in "chemtrail" and apparently you agree. You seem to be saying there are no chemtrail believers that can afford to take a sample in flight. I disagree "Expensive" is a relative word. The most costly portion of taken a sample in flight is the aircraft itself. You can get a Citation for less then $1700 per hour.(Just to mention one) Or you can even BUY some jets for under 300K and take all the samples you want (I know of one Delfin for 65K)

flight number if obtained ,
crew members,
duration of flight,which base/airport the aircraft took off from,,i,m not prepared at the moment to go to court,and face a lenghty,costly case.

So out of 7 tons of fuel dumped (that is 2000+gals) as low as 2000 feet agl only "some of the fuel" is being reported reaching the ground. That, along with eyewitness reports that "most of the fuel dumped dissipated before even reaching the ground" does show that a toxic chemical (jet A) dissipates quickly
Remember, the Regs state that fuel dumps should be done as low as 4000 agl. And also remember, airspeed and ambient temperature does effect dissipation rates of a fuel dump

I double checked the Reg's and 2000 agl is correct. But even that shows that the FAA agrees that a release of a toxic chemical (Jet A) can be released as low as 2000 feet without causing a safety hazard... because it dissipates before reaching the ground.

If so, someone is dumping a lot of shit over it everyday.
Anyone living 10 miles near to the river in MD, VA, or DC should be able to see it well if they pay attention. It is a mesh of precise dumps that start in VA and end over MD or MD towards VA depending on where the flights are headed. There are several different flight paths that fly over the DC area and several, if not all of the paths, cross the river at some point.

To where do you think gallons of kerosene dissipate? If it dissipated to "invisible" it actually atomized and was spread over a wider area than you could imagine. If this is a frequent occurrence It has a very cumulative effect as it will come down when it rains.
If it be toxic biochemical agents it is far worse and a civil offense towards all of the earth.
