There are about as many chances to die from smoking as there are from crossing the street anytime you wish without looking, so why would anyone defend it as "it is my right" and "it is my pleasure"? and also radomly cross the street anytime with kids too (as passive walkers/smokers); i think the image is accurate; i am not an ignoramus, i spent some years smoking.
There is not one death certificate in the world that say "this person died from smoking tobacco," not one. There are many factors to why one dies or catches cancer other than smoking. There has NOT been one death due to SHS (Second Hand Smoke.) SHS is a lie of mythical proportations.
Thank you John for a lovely tribute to Gian, he will be sorely missed. He fought tirelessy for the truth and against this never ending propaganda. Alcohol and the obese are next, I am glad I was not born through the last "perfection"of the people experiment. Intolerance leads to hatred, that is not healthy for our children or Countries.

Thank you xyzto1, it's nice to see that some people see what a waste to humanity that Gian was, not only for the smoker but to everyone that held common decency for the man in the street who can see the injustice of segregation and inhumanity to others. Some people don't like, or wont accept, that he was fighting for all of us, not just smokers. I will not forget that.
i'm not a smoker but the anti-smokers often are only without brain because
they not understand that people as Gian, has always fight for freedom,
for a better society...also for that stupid of anti-smoking and health fanatic...
but you know, if you've no brain it's difficult to see beyond of own nose.
Thanks Gian for everything..may be that one day also the health fanatic will think that the gov cannot command everything like as robot and think as the borg

This man killed himself with tobacco. He's never been neither a hero nor has he done something important for this world. All he did was promoting his personal war against smoking bans because he was an ordinary tobacco addict. He never had "freedom" or humanity in his mind. All he wanted to do is to smoke whereever he wanted. And he paid the ultimate price for his addiction: He died by the age of 58.
Jade Goody died aged 27 and was a non smoker. Gian's death had nothing to do with smoking and he is a hero to me for fighting lame brained liers like yourself, who had to change his name to get noticed...pathetic. Smoking no more kills than breathing the toxic air from your cars, less in fact. You are more likely to die going in for a minor op here in the UK. Pathetic when you can't argue your reasoning but rather hurl abuse.

You're talking crap. Gian Turci died of heart attack. Smoking is a major risk for coronary heart disease leading to heart attack. Turci was a heavy smoker. So it is highly probable that he could still be alive if he had not smoked.
BTW: What has the death of Jade G. to do with this? You can die also in a car accident for example. But Turci died cause he was a heavy smoker, that's a fact. He blew his mind for tobacco.
You're the one talking crap. So are many other things- there is simply no evidence of the smoking as he'd have said in the first place- NO DEATH CAN BE PROVEN TO BE CAUSED BY TOBACCO!! He is right- simple common sense will dictate that!! So no- NOT a fact!!
You blow your mind over what you have been brainwashed with!!
Lots of people die at a tragically early age, as did Jade Goody, whether they smoke or not. Addict, I think not, like me he was a proud smoker and we smokers outlive non smokers, fact!
Thanks Milverton, Gian was a libertarian in the truest sense. He made many Round Table broadcasts that you can here on the FORCES Multimedia network for which I will make links on the top right of this page. The first RT clip was from his last recording around the end of February.
Grazie per tutto quello che hai fatto, caro Gian.

Yes he was fighting for us all, we should not even to have to be fighting for the right to use a legal product anyway.

This means a lot to me Maryetta, I only hope I have done Gian's memory justice to the antiprohibition movement. I can only aspire to his memory.

Very impressed by what the man had to say at the end of your video. A loss for all of us who love liberty..
