It's actually pretty easy to win while outnumbered in team slayer, if the enemy team doesn't know how to counter it. They have to kill you to score, and chances are good that you'll get at least one or two kills for every death, perhaps more. I just recently got into a 2v4 match of Swat Magnums on Construct which ended pretty close. Before that, I remember winning a 1v4 Team Snipers match on Terminal in Halo 2. It's harder to pull off with close-combat, non-headshot weapons involved, though.
