This funeral takes place in the 8th season, episode "Dead Alive". By the end of season 7 Mulder got abducted by an alien space ship. So Scully, Skinner, Doggett and the FBI search for him for half the season 8 until he is found dead. They bury him, but after 3 month they find out that he is not dead, he just got affected by an alien virus which made him appear dead. They exhume him, find a cure for his condition and he recovers.
which epiode is it where he actually is taken by aliens and a new agent comes into it played by the guy from terminator 2 haha x i wish he was still in it i loved those 2 x
Ik. He gets her pregnant and then he disappears. When he does come back though from the dead or whatever you wanna call it, he was a total jerk to a lot of the other people who helped Scully when he was gone.
