@9sb19 --- I have no control over the "fans". I am wondering if you refer to the school's a/c system, or the radiator cooling fans on the buses? Either way. They are noisy.
I was referring to the engine fans on the buses. It's just because of the heat. Either way, it was an awesome video.

I thought they were. How do y'all like them? The Internationals we have hold the DT466 and a few DT466Es. I love them to death and the sound, power, feel, everything is amazing about them. What part of the southern US? I'm not too far from Memphis, TN. We have one CE where her fan is always on, sensor problem. But it does get cold here.

@Dolpheye im a driver in NC not far from Dapatrick111 and when we are leaving our school, we be rolling pulling out of the school drive way. we make a turn similar to these guys and i love it.......
@Dolpheye im not a driver but i know what im talking about. I wish i could show you a vid but our schools is on the main highway, and its a "hazard" according to the BOE
The school is rural, and its a big county. I still stop and watch after over a year of this. Downside-- all the candy wrappers and sneaky notes kids make blow into my yard :)
I drive an Alabama School Bus too!!! Love these buses! I run my fan 100% nomatter that the temp outside is lol

@9sb19 -- yes all V8's. This is the southern US. The fans run 100% of the time-- even in winter.
When the buses are accelerating its louder, and they are all accelerating when they pull out.

@9sb19 - we are 5 miles from the Gulf of Mexico -- is that far enough south? (grins)
The ladies that drive these are so proud of them, they have a great attitude. I think there is one male driver.
