Itoi has said that it truly is an ABSOLUTELY Safe Capsule and that theoretically, in billions of years when the world is supposed to end naturally, Porky will still exist, he will witness the end of all things and still continue to live due to his immortality. I can't think of a more fucked up fate than to be isolated from everything forever until the end of time it's worse than the most violent death a billion times over.

I also must question you're thinking on using Lifeup Omega. As sticktendo said, you are seriously wasting PP every turn. Lifeup Gamma is the logical course of action.

Again the mother series has the final battle where you need a gimmick. In Mother 1, it was singing, in Mother 2 (Earthbound) it was Pray, and here it's Guard or do nothing. Oh well, I guess it makes it more epic that way.

Why are you wasting PP on Lifeup Omega? THAT heals about 240 HP to each party member, Lifeup Gamma heals one persons (Lucas's) HP fully, and it uses less PP. But I guess you can do what you feel is better.
