  • i think its good for keep fit;)

  • splenda... lol

i'm sorry but this is not a especially healthy muffin. it's just a regular potato muffin with spenda ^^ so why not make some real ones, enjoy one of them and then just run a little longer? ^^

  • @kindAhumaNbeinG You can do that if you want to. Not everyone wants to put 300 calories worth of fat, sugar, and processed carbs into their body. But if you want to, go for it

  • @MadeFitTV

well, i don't know what kind of muffins you've got in mind but if your muffins have 300 calories, you sure are doing something wrong ^^

the thing that seems to be quite obvious when reading your comment is not your passion for healthy eating, but your judgemental tone and with it, your lack or psychological training. do you think anyone would be motivated in a healthy way when using such snotty phrasing? i know this might seem to you like a "hate" comment, but it really isn't...

  • i appreciate everyone who tries to convince people to live healthy, but a healthy body means just about nothing if it's achieved with such behaviour. i honestly don't believe that you're engagement in social health is genuine, it's more about aestetics, isn't it? so you might be qualified to give recipe advice, but most certainly not for motivational theraphy...

i still believe that you mean very well by it, so please don't take this as offence (however i think you are going to).

  • well, i still think that healthy food comes in all shapes, so why cut all the fat and sugar out of it? the human body is designed to process this kind of stuff, however you should cut out crap like transfats or chemical products, just like splenda ^^ and come on, everyone who's not completely irational will understand that it's the amount you eat of a certain nurishment that makes the difference... so yeah, i am going to eat all that fat, sugar and carbs, i'm just not going to overeat on it...

  • ...and i'm gonna lift up my own lazy behind and stay fit, not only with my body but also with my mind... this allows me to not judge people who decide to eat "bad" stuff or give them stroppy comments about it (and yeah, i know i loled at the splenda, that was immature).

so i genuinely hope you're gonna understand what i'm trying to say here and take just a little bit of it to heart... thank you

  • @kindAhumaNbeinG I don't judge people. I am a motivator and educator is many facets that involve fitness. Unfortunately, health and fitness is not cut and dry- people wonder why they workout and why they don't see results. Nutrition is 90% of the time the reason why they are or are not seeing results. I offer MANY avenues and viewpoints on what will help people. I have been a trainer for years and in a perfect world, people would workout just because they love it (like myself).....

  • @kindAhumaNbeinG ...but in reality, most people don't find it enjoyable. You can't force people to do something they don't want to do and you can't pretend that if someone wants to look a certain way that they can still eat certain things. I didn't make the rules for how our bodies respond to certain foods - I am just the messenger. Trust me, I don't give into aesthetics, and if you were an avid follower you would totally know that.

  • @kindAhumaNbeinG In my defense, your comment seemed snotty, as well, so I guess we're even, lol, I apologize for misjudging, but it's kind of hard to tell when a statement is typed. And as far as "muffins" are concerned, I was being generous with the 300 calories. The average Starbucks muffin is far from the healthier versions you probably have ever been in contact with. According to calorie count: 470 Calories, 24g Fat, 60g Total Carbohydrates, 32g Sugar, 6g Protein.

  • Jen I just made these and OMG they are sensational! Thanks for the recipe

  • love it will make this thank you!!!!

  • i had a question maybe u can answer it. i bought a electric weight/body fat/bmi scale. My question is do u think the electric ones are accurate for measuring body fat, or do i need the other type the metal ones?

  • Hi Eric! There is really no way those types of scales to know for sure your accurate body fat %. I would recommend you go to a gym and have a certified personal trainer measure your body fat with calipers. This way it's more quantitative and not so much a "guess."

  • ya i thought so, cause how would it be able to tell my muscle away from body fat just by standing on a machine. anyways thanks for the help. i enjoy your shows please dont ever stop, and i got a question wats the most you can curl with 1 arm, i wanna see whos stronger, lol
