BMW can, has, and will continue to beat this. The S5 being so much more expensive than the 335 should perform way better. Sadly, it doesnt. Like one review said, it's hard to justify the extra cost.
Take the propeller out of your ass and acknowledge that not everything is about performance. The S5 is a triumph of engineering. It's more comfortable, more beautiful, and more refined than a 335i will ever be. And it's almost as fast. It's a different car than a 335i and buyers luckily know this.
Your car is your personality, the car's performance is based on the driver 75% of time.

Your just a hater. They're common because the M3 is a legend homie. It has the BEST v8 engine built. The new M3 is beautiful

actually the S5 is faster than a 335i.
it has almost 360 hp and a v8.

True. BMW 335 official specs: 0-60 in 5.3sec. Audi S5 official specs: 0-60 in 4.9sec
That said I can't wait to check out the 2009 RS5 and new M3 cars.

i've seen s5 numbers in mid to low 4's. audi's official numbers are always conservative. amazing car. heavy, but amazing.
