I understand why this game was removed from continuity, and on the whole I do think that Lament of Innocence gives things a better beginning, but at the same time, *damn* did Legends have some good music. Especially given the hardware they had to work with. This tune still runs through my head at times, nearly ten years after the last time I played this game.

I agree!! Love the music of Legends, especially its version of Bloody Tears and Vampire Killer.

I love how it sounds mournful and sinister at the same time. I really like games from this era...

Cool, I'm the first to comment and let me just say, this game was very underrated. True, it's on a crappy old handheld system, but the story is great and it explains how the Belmonts powers came to be, through the union of Sonia and Alucard! I always thought it was cool how they were making a statement about how Dracula's own power was his undoing. Man, I wish the Dreamcast Castlevania wuth her had been completed.

I love this music too, despite it being limited in notes.
