Well, as a trained singer with an ear, it was far from her best, but, her best was so amazing, anything "mediocore" from her still sounds amazing. Acutally, what's really going on here is, when we sing a whole song, we hold back to endure the song. Here, Whitney has Dionne to back her up, so, she doesn't have to hold back on her parts. So, she let us have it, and I LOVE it! A bit sharp on a few parts, but hey, we are hearing Whitney not messing up, in 2004, and I love her for giving it 2 us!

Thats not a scar from laser surgery on her vocal chords. It's a scar from her childhood. When she was little, she was playin with a clothes hanger, and it went down her thoart. It tore some tissue and she bled alot but thankfully the doctors saved her. So yes that scar has been there a long time.

Look I adore Dionne. Whisper in the Dark is my favourite song of all time. Thing is though, every artists voice starts to go as they get around her age. I was a paying customer that night. I don't think so. I saw Dionne live in AUstralia about five months ago. She was atrocious!! Everyone was very disappointed after the show. her voice was cracking through the whole show. She was off key in places and forgot the words in at least three songs!

Even though this song did first come out in the "Whitney Houston era", it was Dionne's biggest hit of her career! Dionne should get first billing! Besides, Whitney's voice hasn't aged as well as Dionne's! I love both Dionne and Whitney, but we need to confess sometimes.

It's priceless. just wonderful. I can feel family love and some kind of reminisce in both of them...it seems like they're going back in the past where whitney did her back vocals..they traveled in time.Dionne was a super star and she still shining in a differente way, back she was a hurricane now she's a summer breeze, not so strong but still wonderful.

Look I adore Dionne. Whisper in the Dark is my favourite song of all time. Thing is though, every artists voice starts to go as they get around her age. I was a paying customer that night. I saw her and I have the right to my opinion. You weren't there so you can't pass judgement. It was so bad it made the local press for being bad.

I don't think so. I saw Dionne live in AUstralia about five months ago. She was atrocious!! Everyone was very disappointed after the show. her voice was cracking through the whole show. She was off key in places and forgot the words in at least three songs!
