@greennin I'll bite. So let's say these are his views, how could he as President enact any of the things you mentioned? As far as the financial aid, what did we do before all these entitlement programs? Charities organizations right? Hasn't there always been charity organizations to help people in need? Haven't neighbors always helped each other? Do you want the gov to take your money and choose for you where your money goes and who it helps?

@greennin So back to the first 2 issues you mentioned about him. He at the Federal level could not and would not effect changes on those issues. As far as healthcare, I also think it can be done without the government stepping in. If I may ask what country are you from and what is the population? If you don't pay, then who pays? You're saying someone else pays for your healthcare? Who?

@greennin I understand your points and realize there are many ways to solve a problem. I do want someone with those extreme of views as I think we need someone with extreme views. The difference with RP is that with a lot of his plans, he doesn't need Congress approval, which is how I know he can get it done. Obama or anyone else can have the greatest plan, but Congress with always block them or screw them up. RP's plans don't require Congress sign off. I'm all for it.

Young kids would get addicted and destroy there bodies with heroin and crack and other durgs. And Drinking and Driving is illegal but people still do it. As I stated before I am a former Marine and still hold a government security clearance. I have been for the past 13 years and still subject to random drug testing, so no I do not do drugs. I'm a Vet and I want Ron Paul for president. The media is ignoring the only candidate that isn't obviously planing on selling out the wealth of working men. Bailouts and war equal the poor pay for rich peoples life styles. Let rich people work for their wealth again by making a system where only the productive gain wealth. If states should be able to make all social decisions based on their own local standards, then African Americans would never have gotten equal rights. The popular vote in almost the entire country at the time was against granting equal rights to people of color. Land of the free? Home of the brave? Not bloody likely! @jdwinks40 What you are failing to realize is if it is Federal it applies to all states. The choice comes from states, ie, if CA allows gay marriage and you dont agree, move to a state that doesnt. If Texas has laws making Marijuanna illegal and dont like it, move to a state that allows it. If its federal doesnt matter where you live. Paul, a supposed "expert" on the Constitution claims that the Declaration of Independance and the Constitution are "replete with references to God". The Declaration says "endowed by their creators" but the Constitution contains no reference to god at all (it was edited out!).
It's easy to claim to be an expert when your followers are ignorant & uneducated.
In order for Dr.Paul to win, HE NEEDS THE PRIMARY. That's the toughest part.

As far as the financial aid, what did we do before all these entitlement programs? Charities organizations right? Hasn't there always been charity organizations to help people in need? @greennin I understand your points and realize there are many ways to solve a problem. I do want someone with those extreme of views as I think we need someone with extreme views. The difference with RP is that with a lot of his plans, he doesn't need Congress approval, which is how I know he can get it done. Obama or anyone else can have the greatest plan, but Congress with always block them or screw them up. RP's plans don't require Congress sign off. I'm all for it.

Young kids would get addicted and destroy there bodies with heroin and crack and other durgs. And Drinking and Driving is illegal but people still do it. Times that by 10 if you get other drugs behind the wheel even if tht would be illegal. You must do drugs that is why you seem to think it be better to legalize them. If states should be able to make all social decisions based on their own local standards, then African Americans would never have gotten equal rights. The popular vote in almost the entire country at the time was against granting equal rights to people of color. Land of the free? Home of the brave? Not bloody likely! Some days I am so ashamed of our country for being a backwoods hillbilly nation of bigots. Ron wants to pretend everything is OK with states making these decisions, but it's not.

He also supports states rights to have ridiculous laws like sodomy laws. He claims that states should have the right to regulate social matters like sex for themselves based on local standards. No government, state or federal or any other level should have the right to tell me I can't have sex with another consenting adult in the privacy of my own home. I am a homeowner and a tax payer. I pay my bills, go to work every day and I do no harm to others. Keep your religion out of my bedroom.

@jdwinks40 What you are failing to realize is if it is Federal it applies to all states. The choice comes from states, ie, if CA allows gay marriage and you dont agree, move to a state that doesnt. If Texas has laws making Marijuanna illegal and dont like it, move to a state that allows it. If its federal doesnt matter where you live. Slavery..really, you think any state in America could get slavery legalized? Even if all the racists moved to 1 state and did it..well move and boycott that state.

Paul, a supposed "expert" on the Constitution claims that the Declaration of Independance and the Constitution are "replete with references to God". The Declaration says "endowed by their creators" but the Constitution contains no reference to god at all (it was edited out!).
It's easy to claim to be an expert when your followers are ignorant & uneducated.
