Hey guys someone should help me out with this. I just got my 92 prelude, its awesome, white and a black hood and it has a h22 swap in it, gold rims kinda like the ones on the blue car in this video but 6 spoke. Anyways, which engine is better? the best? I was told i have a h22a4. On the engine itself it says H22. Is that as good as the F22 or (sorry im a noob) F-whatever, I know K is supposed to be like the really fast ones?

@austinj2068 I have a full JDM F22B swap done, getting ready for boost. Was gonna go H, but decided to be more original, as everybody and their brother has had an H22. It wasn't the just the video, it was all the potential I saw in the cars, and the foresight it gave me that made me re-evaluate my feelings about my Prelude. Seeing other people's accomplishments with their Lude's and how beautiful some of these cars have become, was quite inspiring. That's just how it all began...

these preludes are decent. I took a stock 89 Mustang GT 5 speed 5.0 with just a muffler delete and stock 3.08 gears and chased one down from several cars back (he had the jump I heard him stomp it) next thing you know I'm basically pushing him up the road and can't pass because of traffic...it was vtec and it had bolt ons...the same car outran my cousins 95 gt 5 speed in a drag race by a car after my cousin ragged his out. I could literally hear it screaming in vetec as he was 2 ft from me lol

@crashtestpilot24auto uh...dude I've never heard of a prelude with a 1.8 or a 2.4L engine. My 91 si had a 2.0 dohc and I think most of the other ludes are 2.0s as well with less hp and probably not DOHC...the 92-96 gen like these have a 2.2, either a 160 dohc non vtec or 190 vtec engine...and the 97 and up have a 2.3 vtec with 200 hp (some a lil more) so I'm not quite sure what you're talking about...then again I'm a mustang guy...not a prelude expert but I do know my share about them....

@WretchedDrake NSX is acura in the states...I assume you live in the states....either way same thing...I'm with you...Prelude is by far the best honda and the only one I'd own. the s2000 is way too small for me as I'm about 6'4'' 250 lbs i'd be lucky to fit in one let alone drive it. preludes about the limit as far as a small car for me. as for the NSX...i wouldn't own one because of the price...there are many cares in the same price range as those that will completely "terminate" it...get it

@ReidHarris7 no offence, but honda motors (N/A) against a nissan motor (N/A - if you can find one) absolutely dominate. Also my 92 Prelude Si (H23A1) is not heavy it can drag off V6's completely stock. If i were you, id be lookin up some more statistics. PS - theres only 2 hondas that arent FWD without a conversion so you dont have to think about it being FWD.

The lip that is on that Prelude is a Wings West Racing Series front lip. At Wings West it will run you about $225. A buddy of mine has one and I was looking at one for myself. If you get it, enjoy!

@retardedfolks I'm with retardedfolks h22 4 gen 190hp 92 supra na 200 hp turbo 230. the turbo maybe a little faster anybody test them yet? 93-97+ supra na 220 hp turbos 276. the highlander hybrid faster than the stock twin turbos supra. but the 93+ supra looks a lot nicer. I wanted 1.
