Has there ever been a baseball player that gets it and has more fun playing the game he loves than Kevin Millar? I'm a huge Sox fan and met him two years ago at Camden Yards. He came over and shook my hand and said hello and chatted me and my buddy up for five minutes. Took pics with us and signed our tickets asked if there was anything else he could do and then he thanked us when he left.

He's just as nice as he appears to be and I hope to see him again at Camden this August.

He was very personable and really believed in that team. He played for my hometeam when he was in college and in the Cape Cod League...I have a special connection to him. Are you honestly going to tell me that you would have rather seen the Yankees win game four of the ALCS? May I remind you that he was the one who got the hit to put Roberts on to run...you know, the famous steal that probably won that game for them. Don't try to tell me that he didn't make you laugh...even just once.

One of his either High School or College friends were in Boston for something, and he contacted the Red Sox to set up a surprise visit, and they played a joke on Kevin saying that the FBI wanted to interrorgate him (Millar) and when Kevin he entered the room, all the players were there, along with the school friend, and they turned on the big screen TV and played the clip.
