so your in charge up mode when it ready to teleport you will do a spindash and you will teleport to the spot you landed on

Well, the program you is called a cheat. That's what 70fae1 meant by that. It's practically impossible to get chao up to level 99 with 9999 in their stats.

What else did you do? Did you give your chao steroids? XD

you can get rare chao at SS MR and EC is SS you go in the shop to get the gold one in MR you see an waterfall you get it from there and EC (must be amy) you hit the 3rd switch and activate an door activate the door wit and black egg and send them to the chao garden hope this helped
