I know the last posts on this is very old, but I feel bad for you that BalanceCat was so hard on you. I also only keep my cats in the house because of fear of them getting hurt or ill. I always feel bad for my indoor cats though because they try to catch the leaves falling outside the window and the bugs on the window. They would LOVE to be out there enjoying all that. I hope all your cats are healthy and fine now.

i lost my cat too Merlin. He's heart and kidney were failing him and was put down after a stroke.

i think thats not fair to the cats, you cant keep an outdoor cat inside, he hated being inside, i would never keep my cats locked inside, i have 3 cats all outdoor cats they all know not to cross the road. so did he, but it was night and he was exploring

it's not fair to let them die out of ignorance. they don't know any better but you do. streets are NOT safe for cats - cat's don't "know" how to cross streets, they are not humans! build a fenced in area for your remaining cats unless you want to go through losing your other cats.

besides, there are many other reasons that a sensible cat owner will decide for keeping them indoors.

you can always walk them on leads too. Jeez why is it so hard for people to realize it's THEIR responsibility!!!

it really depends on where you live... i dont live near any big street, my steet is closed with 9 houses im in the end, and my yard goes into a big green forest thing, area. i dont think you should have a cat if you cant have it outside... i dont think its fair to the cat to keep it in an appartment, nor outside in a bid city,

I couldn't watch all of the video, too many tears, made me remember my little cat, Ginny, she was found dead on the 14th of November after being hit by a car, I think she tried to get home but she couldn't get back in time, I miss her so much, she was only 1. It's just not fair.. Rest in peace. xx
