if you ask me, an easier way to get to the nat altar is with nature teles. just buy a bunch of them at the rs guild. their like 50 gop tokens each. it's alot faster too.

U can different size pouches Depending on what lvl runecrafting u have.. i only havve 54 runecrafting, so i can only have a small, medium, and large pouch...

IF u have 50+ Runecrafting, you can go to runecrafting guild, and buy a large pouch from a guy there for 25k... if u wanna do it the normal way.. u have to talk to a zamorak mage located in the wild right outside of edgeville.. Only downside is that you have to defeat ALOT of lvl 40 & 50 enemies at the same time in Multi..

I talked to one of the head guys in the RC Guild in the wizards tower, and I received a medium essence pouch and a small one I'm pretty sure (It was a long time ago). For a large one, I'm guessing you can kill abyssal demons for them, as said in the video.

you know, would it be quicker to get tons of FOG tokens and use them to buy the earth gloves? you get 2x exp, more runes depending on rc level, and 2Kgp per inventory(if you can make atr least 3 per ess and wear explorers ring 3). thats what i do for quick levelling :[)

tbh the best thing i would say to do is once 54, do zmi and at 91 do nats again to make money, for double nats :) and doing zmi at 54, will be faster but still good guide ;)
