inlet is 2.5" with the outlet tip to be 4.5"

exhaust plus fitting was $AU260 when i did it.. so probably be around the $US180~200 mark

260 is a decent price, thats mostly just the cost of the muffler.. Where did you get it?

if you're located at Sydney, got the muffler at Westside Mufflers @ Padstow/Revesby... they also do fitting
