Vegeta and present Gohan however, could reach it through intense training. Goten and Trunks could easily reach it because by then, Goku and Vegeta had both reached it at the time they were concieved.
@Goku3388 also since goten, trunks and gohan had more human blood and human nature so they can be angry really easily but pure saians like Goku like to fight and they dont get angry they enjoys it. =)
