Why is listening only recommended for 18 years and up? I honestly was searching for music to play for the kids... and i think there is value in exposing them to music with purpose. Please explain why I should not play this for children.

Thank you very much! I was just having trouble with being annoyed at everything, I ate meat today and it may be related to the fact that I find it difficult to be peacuful. I have been avoiding eating meat and experimenting what effect it has on me.

Anyway thanks a lot for this music, I also downloaded it.
