Hi CJP thanks for your comment to my video. Hope you didn't mind me linking the two, I thought they were very similar. I really like this video, it's definitely one of my favourite pictures by Dali. I didn't know where to start with animating it though because it's so off the wall! You obviously did!

DUDE that was so forkin awesome! I am unbelievably obsessed with the work of Salvador Dali, for some time now. And to see someone else make a "neat" annimation of a great painting such as "Sleep", is just simply terriffic! I'd LOVE to see another one, but I am sure that they are no where near simple to do. Like the animation. The Head kind of reminds me of Jabba The Hutt. I can't see anything wrong if it looks like a Monty Python skit, Terry Gilliam's animations were all surrealist as well too. Keep the imagination fuelled.
