i make mine.. but when i move or rotate the bone any in two wing the other side or back of the mesh (buterfly) did see.. why??? can u help me plsss msg me back... tnx
just wanted to wish you and yours a merry christmas. i am not finished with the butterfly, but i am on part 3 and been busy with rl and things. so you'll be hearing from me again after the holidays many thanks very good tutorial, just little confusing for my anal mind at times lol
Is it there a command in your list box called, "parent" that allows you to rotate both wings @ the same time rather then rotate each one individually. Great tutorials BTW I made my last tutorial based on one of yours on Pose actions.
@MicrosoftsourceCode Yep, that is true. Thanks for the heads up about the "parent" coordinate option. The thing about Max, and Photoshop and Illustrator and Flash and After Effects, etc... is that you can accomplish a task any number of different ways. The goal being that with more and more practice you learn the tips and tricks to shorten your work-flow. For this video I was just trying to keep it as simple as possible for beginners by moving the bones individually.

@MadNDesign actually you need to use the gimbal command to make the 2 bones to have a mirrored movement
