It's interesting what you say about the food aspect of all this. I have most recently noticed that I can't eat a lot of the food I used to. When I do I actually feel physically ill. I've always had food allergies, but this is different.

Guys here are some signs that your going through ascension process.
If you sleep like 8 hrs and wake up refreshed or if u sleep for 8 hours and wake up exhausted. If your a boy or if your a girl. Sleeping for 8 hrs. and not feeling restted, more often cold & flu is nothing more than Chemtrails being dumped into the outdoor air that we breathe. The key is to detox from them using Oil of Oregano and other stuff.

i use to love weed but i had to quit cause now it kinda makes me sick :( and sometimes my body feels like its not there unless im doing something. also my forehead tingled like crazy and im sleepy all the dang time.

@gibsonjr11 I had to quit smoking New Years Eve night...didn't plan on it...but in a way I knew it was coming. Everytime I would smoke a cig I'd have to put it out because it made me Gag. I hate to puke and thats what it felt like I might do, if I kept smoking the cig. i sometimes hear whispers before i fall asleep, and once in a awhile see a door in my mind that is closed but has a very bright light bursting through the outline of the door, how do i open the door to let the light in, because ever since i took mushrooms i am scared of the dark.
This is so true! I am getting to the point where I can hardly eat anything except raw fruits and vegetables and a few nuts. The problem is that I get so hungry when I eat that way and then I tend to get all freaked out and want to eat things that might not be ideal. Frustrating!

I had feelings of emotional ups and downs feeling frequencies at night. pressure in the head especially between the eyes. desperate to be outside even sleeping outside loss of appetite. I have also felt the static energy, as well as the being tired all day but then being stimulated while trying to sleep. I've also experienced very vivid dreams, more intense than normal - some of them turning out to be premonitions. There's also this feeling of my chakras becoming activated at random times - for instance my base chakra. I've noticed an increase in visions while awake and also have begun to get intuitive messages throughout the day that are more vocal than normal.

@IAMLEGEND2545 I believe it is your body integrating higher vibrational frequencies. When the lower and the higher clash it kind of tingles. Sometimes it happens when you are being infused with some knowledge from your higherself/ guides so pay attention to what happened just before you had the static it may be significant.
@IAMLEGEND2545 Let go of the fear of those things. They are important energetic sensations. I have been feeling them since I was a little kid. The spine tingling and I can feel aura chi pressure between my hands. Let go of these labels like insane(which means to to do the same thing expecting a different result). The secular people have labeled spiritual experience to be "crazy" and have given people highly synthetic toxic drugs that can make things worse, which is insane.

Radionics, Psionics, or Psychotronics are being used on the masses to create a false sense of enlightenment when in reality we are slowly being killed. Its one big deception don't fall for it.
@needz2feed Ouch, that's really cynical. This is a difficult time but giving into abject pessimism won't help you feel any better. A pessimist is perpetually disappointed. Let's say you are right and this is all a sign of negative attacks and a "big deception", what can we do about that?
I don't think there is really anything that we can do about it because the mind control is working very effective on those who think they are ascending and those who know nothing about it. I believe sometimes we hold fear mentalities in order to feel safe and in control, for some reason people find comfort in accepting the worst. One truth about mind control and harrp is that the frequencies they emit to enforce control are low vibrational. We are beings consisting of vibritory frequencies that is how they can affect us(one frequency surpressing another frequency).
So you can only be affected by mind control ( which is low frequencies emitted to pull us down) if you are within the spectrum of frequencies put off by the mechanism. If you can manage to vibrate beyond the spectrum you are then immune.
The concept is seen in many areas of our life for example in our immune system people who are have positive outlooks get sick less, diseases have been cured by raising your vibration.

@needz2feed Hi N2F. I look at it this way. The case for a radical positive change coming (ascension, or whatever else we might call it) is at least as good as the case for catastrophic negative events getting increasingly worse. Each perspective is a belief, not a 'fact'. What we choose to believe is up to us. Seeing as the negative belief leaves no room for change (as you said, we're doomed) the positive belief is better. Positivity is proven to directly & radically improve health & immunity.
@Essanach So what I am saying is that even if ascension were untrue (I don't feel it is untrue, but for the sake of argument) then this positive interpretation of events is infinitely better - even now - than a negative interpretation. Positive interpretations lead to better health, less stress, greater immunity from disease, better social interaction - everything is immediately improved by a positive interpretation. This would actually be the best defense against the attacks you mention.

@InspiritChannel Thanks Gigi. Yeah, I haven't given up my power, but it's certainly a challenge to hold onto it. That's why I feel channels like yours are important because we all need all the help & encouragement we can get to remain positive. I get a lot of the symptoms you mention, including the very strange ones like whole body vibrating and a feeling of electricity, especially at night. They can be a bit intimidating and it's good to know that there are positive interpretations to consider.
For the last 5 days have had a strong feeling of vertigo. I'm able to function - kind of - to get through the day. The vertigo sense does not make me feel sick - just weird.
I'm super sensitive to smells now - not always a good thing.
I believe Vertigo, which is a loss of balance and whirling sensation, can be connected to needing to ground yourself. I always have it. My guides said sometimes in this process we ascend to quickly we lose our stability, we then need to really focus on grounding excercises; especially if you are more of a thought orientated person using your higher faculties more. If your head is whirling your body will too. So excercise and cleaning the house always ground me.

The past month I also have been hearing ringing in both ears, but mainly in the right one. I have had really crazy dreams and pressure on my chest where my breathing gets difficult. Guys here are some signs that your going through ascension process.
If you sleep like 8 hrs and wake up refreshed or if u sleep for 8 hours and wake up exhausted. If your a boy or if your a girl. You might feel like sometimes u dnt feel like breakfast, or that u dnt feel like brushing ur teeth, or on the other end of the scale u eat a healthy breakfast and brush and floss twice a day. I can send strong electrical impulses throughout my peripheral nerves, since I was about 8 I think. I always felt more united with higher forces than others my age, but I didn't see this as significant until about age 14 after learning of the Pineal Gland, able to release energy into the body to better connect with the physical dimension even though it desires higher dimensions. past 6 months my stomach has been so irregular. i come from a family of slow metabolism, but lately i just dont eat anything and i'm losing a lot of weight, then days i get so hungry and eat a ton, and just nothing happens. ive been fat my entire life, and this has been changing it. this video is great, wheat and dairy feels awkward to swallow now too, and grilled cheeses were my favorite! now, puke. im just glad i can understand it\.and other spiritual effects are present too.

I definitely have had that static energi, kind of tinkeling on my skin, and around my body.. Very wierd :) It actually came a couple a weeks ago (when there were these large solar flares) and I don't have it any more now. What is it that I am experiencing? Why is it tinkeling outside my body?

ive been through all of this so far, in the past few weeks I was eating nothing and not sleeping, and now im sleeping all the time and eating everything in the house! im just glad the headaches stoped but now I have a bad cold. the worst part for me is I think im finally gonna have to stop smoking, its like my lungs cant handle it anymore and all i do is cough....Il miss you the most cigarettes lol. this shit is definitely wierd but at least were all on this acid trip together!

@gibsonjr11 I had to quit smoking New Years Eve night...didn't plan on it...but in a way I knew it was coming. Everytime I would smoke a cig I'd have to put it out because it made me Gag. I hate to puke and thats what it felt like I might do, if I kept smoking the cig. At first I was stubburn and could still manage to smoke at times, but this influx of 2011 energy made it impossible for me to smoke into this new year. 18 yrs. and cold turkey. This is so true! I am getting to the point where I can hardly eat anything except raw fruits and vegetables and a few nuts. The problem is that I get so hungry when I eat that way and then I tend to get all freaked out and want to eat things that might not be ideal. Frustrating!

I have also felt the static energy, as well as the being tired all day but then being stimulated while trying to sleep. I've also experienced very vivid dreams, more intense than normal - some of them turning out to be premonitions. There's also this feeling of my chakras becoming activated at random times - for instance my base chakra. I've noticed an increase in visions while awake and also have begun to get intuitive messages throughout the day that are more vocal than normal.

Sometimes it happens when you are being infused with some knowledge from your higherself/ guides so pay attention to what happened just before you had the static it may be significant.

The spine tingling and I can feel aura chi pressure between my hands. Let go of these labels like insane(which means to to do the same thing expecting a different result). Random tinglings on my head, beeping noises in my ears for nearly a year now. My appetite is just off, I'm suddenly hungry like four times a day, that's never happened before. Well, at first I really disliked this process, but now it's something we can enjoy. It'll be alright!

It's so true about the food. I have gradually gotten to a point where my body can only handle fresh, non-processed food.

so the reason many people feel like shit is because they're supposedly ascending to a higher vibration? increased food intake? anxiety? exhaustion?etc.does not seem to be an indicator of increasing wellbeing.i'd assume it'd be we were more tolerant,more healthy,more vibrant and able handle the negative environment around us. ....OH i see, you gotta go through this process to become enlightened. right? where's the logic, science, history,or legitimate source to back this "theory" up?

Yeah exactly. Its bizzare, I have to really go out of the way to ground myself.
I will feel really flighty......I guess I am just dealing with such an influx of energy
that I have to take it a few steps further to ground myself. Its empowering to know what's going on instead of being bombarded by them and not getting it.

Our bodies transmute food to energy. You can't create or destroy matter if you eat to much you gain weight simple as that. But to empower food as grounding because it comes from the earth Humm. Not sure if I would agree. To me it would over look the alchemy the body performs in turning it to energy. Just food for thought. Pun intended . LOL

Everybody's point of veiw is a piece of the puzzle. By me sharing mine I hope I am helping others make sense of their reality (like when others have helped me in the same manner). I am in a constant effort to drop belief systems (predjudices), I think that is the case for most. Thank you for sharing it is not my intention to post a negative video in any respect especially not a video that encourages predjudice :)

Have you ever saw the videos on youtube of dolores cannon on coast 2 coast called, volunteers. She is amazing ! She explains the volunteers that volunteered to come to earth at this critical time to awaken and assist humanity. We are probably most definately volunteers,u probably know this already.

Ascension is one big deception I used to buy into this garbage until I finally woke up. All these symptoms are caused by HAARP, GWEN TOWERS, CELL TOWERS, CHEMTRAILS along with the drugging of are food and water. You will find in time that nothing gets better it only gets worse. Radionics, Psionics, or Psychotronics are being used on the masses to create a false sense of enlightenment when in reality we are slowly being killed. Its one big deception don't fall for it.

@needz2feed Ouch, that's really cynical. This is a difficult time but giving into abject pessimism won't help you feel any better. A pessimist is perpetually disappointed. Let's say you are right and this is all a sign of negative attacks and a "big deception", what can we do about that?

I don't think there is really anything that we can do about it because the mind control is working very effective on those who think they are ascending and those who know nothing about it. We are pretty much doomed as a species and I really do hate to think negative but mankind is not going to change atleast not in a world where the current status quo never changes.

I believe sometimes we hold fear mentalities in order to feel safe and in control, for some reason people find comfort in accepting the worst. One truth about mind control and harrp is that the frequencies they emit to enforce control are low vibrational. We are beings consisting of vibritory frequencies that is how they can affect us(one frequency surpressing another frequency).

So you can only be affected by mind control ( which is low frequencies emitted to pull us down) if you are within the spectrum of frequencies put off by the mechanism. If you can manage to vibrate beyond the spectrum you are then immune.
The concept is seen in many areas of our life for example in our immune system people who are have positive outlooks get sick less, diseases have been cured by raising your vibration.
Dr. Bruce Lipton among countless others have chronicled this phenomenon.

@needz2feed Hi N2F. I look at it this way. The case for a radical positive change coming (ascension, or whatever else we might call it) is at least as good as the case for catastrophic negative events getting increasingly worse. Each perspective is a belief, not a 'fact'. What we choose to believe is up to us. Seeing as the negative belief leaves no room for change (as you said, we're doomed) the positive belief is better. Positivity is proven to directly & radically improve health & immunity.

@Essanach So what I am saying is that even if ascension were untrue (I don't feel it is untrue, but for the sake of argument) then this positive interpretation of events is infinitely better - even now - than a negative interpretation. Positive interpretations lead to better health, less stress, greater immunity from disease, better social interaction - everything is immediately improved by a positive interpretation. This would actually be the best defense against the attacks you mention.

I think that in regards to mind control hopeless pessimism is exactly what they would want someone to feel. Dis-esempowered.

@InspiritChannel Thanks Gigi. Yeah, I haven't given up my power, but it's certainly a challenge to hold onto it. That's why I feel channels like yours are important because we all need all the help & encouragement we can get to remain positive. I get a lot of the symptoms you mention, including the very strange ones like whole body vibrating and a feeling of electricity, especially at night. They can be a bit intimidating and it's good to know that there are positive interpretations to consider.

For the last 5 days have had a strong feeling of vertigo. I'm able to function - kind of - to get through the day. The vertigo sense does not make me feel sick - just weird.
I'm super sensitive to smells now - not always a good thing.
What do you know about this vertigo?

I believe Vertigo, which is a loss of balance and whirling sensation, can be connected to needing to ground yourself. I always have it. My guides said sometimes in this process we ascend to quickly we lose our stability, we then need to really focus on grounding excercises; especially if you are more of a thought orientated person using your higher faculties more. If your head is whirling your body will too. So excercise and cleaning the house always ground me.

Could I be 'out of body" when I'm walking around - living life? I know I'm not crazy. Others(friends & family) are certain I am but I know I'm not.
When I run errands I have always done - everything seems different - voices, sounds, smells. I have a 'floaty' feeling.

stay open or tuned to how your body feels. Stay tuned in, be strong and the dark cannot effect you. Be sure your feeling and action are guided by peace love and light, Christ like path to the light of ascension. Lately I've felt a little uneasy not sure what next somehow these videos have made me feel more centered.
I know their are many good teachers past and present helping us to find our way. The other side is not to be feared. I not sure if I make any sence?

I myself have been going through intense physical symptoms lately, and also have noticed that buzzing or tingling in the body especially at nighttime. Its seems though that I am gaining more control and influence over those bodily energies and can direct those sensations, at the rate I would like to transform my body. At times though I seem to pull in and allow so much energy that its overwhelming and make my system sick on energy overload. Love your video. Your beautiful.

Look, I found you while i was/am looking for answers. At the momment i feel like i'm a spectator in the world. Watching others as a child would watch ants, going about their routine. I keep being drawn to space and dreaming of silver spirts with no form, and they appear in dream as silver silhouettes.

i know how you feel. i went to kroger and was like wow. all the beeps from the scanners and people moving in and out. the was an officer there as well which was strange. im starting to see auras. they are clear at the moment. they have a blueish yellow tint to it
