like the lyre harp? it has no bow? only useing figures to play is has a very nice sound as well

good work ! But maybe you need to work on the archer and move like a violin player will do it... The sound is very metallic does that comme from the instrument, the micro phone or both ? looks hard to play because there's not much space between the strings so it is easy to pick the wrong string.

Thanks for watching. I had almost no practice on this before I made the video, so I am sure my playing could improve with better technique and more practice. The audio is fairly close to what it really sounds like. Getting the bow on the right string is not to hard.

Wow that Psaltery has an amazingly beautiful tone. How many strings does it have? I have a small 29 string Songbird Soprano Psaltery.
