And you know, when a lawyer manages to acquit someone who is very likely to be guilty, it's not neccesarily the lawyer in questions fault. It's usually due to a flaw in the legal system. I unfortunately cannot comment too much on your examples as I'm a Scots law student. However, this Mike deguerin...Sounds a bit like an idol.
So what do you think would happen if we didn't exist hmm? If there were no laws and everyone was free to do what they wanted?
