yeah. the best way to do that is by using sims 2 baodyshop. i thought it was a stupid idea to download it at first, but then once i did and got into it, then i thought it was pretty cool. the making the naked thing isnt the only thing you can do with it. it makes some awesome clothes and new skins and makeup. all kinds of stuff.
