there's actually a program that works with midi files and if you have a midi keyboard you can even use a realy piano...i forgot the name though.

hard as hell, never tried it more than a few times.

i actually saw someone doing this in the flesh a couple of days ago in an arcade ... i couldn't beleive how fast they read the notes never mind pressing the buttons... she said that she played the home version for 3 years and the arcade one for a year!!... hell of a lot of practice
