i carry my markers in a 72 wallet, i told my parents that i was fine with my zip-lock baggie but no they want me to keep them neat and organized, the bag worked just fine

no need for that... u never need an expensive box. you can get an elastic band and put it on the colors. OR you can put them in pots. ANYTHING ... you can always use your mind instead of buying the things you dont need. you drawing, your not designing a new house

For those who are not fully invested in Copics and find the cost prohibitive, have you considered Letraset's TRIA markers (the new system, not to be confused with Triart markers)? They are alcohol markers that come in 300 colors. Each marker has 3 nibs and they are designed to be comparable to Copics, but at a better price point. Carpe Diem carries them for $1.95 each vs $4.25 for Copic sketch markers. Only you can determine which is better, but it is another option.

@Arxaiht don't feel cheap. I keep mine in a ratty, ragged, hole-filled trick-or-treat bag! plus, you really dont need super-cool and high tech storage systems that arent that great.

The only reason why I have one of the plastic cases is cuz it came with my 72 set .__. And besides, I'm making my own one with glue and cardboard now. (looks much better too)

The way i store mine is cheaper. I use old food boxes. Apollo, Pocky, and Finish soft Licorice. The apollo box can hold four sketch. The Finish soft Licorice box can hold up to 16 sketch.
