It was also played in many other episodes,that I can't remember and it kind of sounds like this but a bit sped up. Further, she 'asked' him :"Was that Smith's left arm? Or his right?". Not indicating that is was his left arm that has been brought back. I read some sources saying that it was his right. So i based my answer on that.

'Naruto' needs a good "Brotherhooding", I mean they really need to "Brotherhood" the FUCK outta that show once it's finished - it's gagging for it. 'Bleach' moves consistently, and fast, then STOPS ... so if you just simply cut the shit, it'll do fine.
