  • Baz For Prime Minister !

  • @xTJP1 - wow that is a compliment. Baz

  • You truly seem like a great man and I love your videos, thank you so much for taking the time and effort of posting. I wish I could train with you! :)

  • @mistresspav - thanks a million. You can train with me. I help quite a few different people in other parts of the world using Skype. Baz

  • Just be you, One of the best things Ive heard the last year :)

  • @skinscrabber - thanks so much. Baz

  • @Bazblog - I go to school and I only get to eat about 4 meals a day. 1 in morning, 1 during school, then 2 after school every 2-3 hours, what do you think I should do?

  • @baller6897 - that is ok but it would be better if you could fit in another meal or so. I know it is hard when you are at school and you will just have to do the best you can. Baz

  • sir what should be proper schedule for work out??

  • @ujjwal0767 - everything depends on what you want to achieve and what you look like now. Baz

  • @BazBlog sir my weight weight is 84kg and i want to reduce it what should i do. i do gyming as well bt its not helping in reducing my weight.

  • @ujjwal0767 - you need to eat right. I would also do some aerobics to help burn off the fat. Have a look at the nutrition video and the fat burn video. Baz

  • nice advice!

  • @gared303 - thanks very much. Baz

  • Remember.

When Baz tells you how he trains.

You should not adapt his tecnique.

    Find your own :)

    Peace! :D

  • @TheSelsner - the whole idea in life is to get ideas and learn from everyone you can. Copy what you believe will work for you. That is the way you will get the best out of life and what it has to offer. Baz

  • Haha. Love the smile at the end. That's how I used to smile when I worked as an enforcer, right before I asked for kickbacks. Lol.

  • In my former job as an enforcer, I experienced that intimidation was every effective for kickbacks. Does the same hold true for tricep kickbacks? Thanks in advance.

  • @bongapendo - I think if you are doing what is right and that you believe in what you are doing you need to do it with intent. That always produces the best results. Baz

  • man i love the pinch feeling that this gives to your tricep... makes me feel like im acctually making progress lol!

  • @TheShnitster - that is great to hear. Good luck with your training. Baz

  • @kat129a - thanks so much for the compliment. Baz

  • Hey Baz, I love your videos, No egos, no bull, just a nice guy with an ace body sharing tips, Much love from England man!

  • @RavenfaceBand - that is a very kind compliment. Thanks so much. Baz

  • kickbacks are great!

  • @superdadtv - yes they really are. Baz

  • Thanks so much Baz. have not been training long but went at bit crazy at first training hard on dumbbells every day. now i know to rest up for a couple of days between workouts. your videos are the most helpful i've come across on youtube. Happy new year to you.

  • @shandrix1 I thought I would share my training plan with you.

Mon/Thurs - Chest, Triceps and Biceps

Tue/Fri - Back, shoulders and Abs

Wed/Sat - Legs (Quads, Hamstrings, Calves)

I hope that gives you a good idea of what to train and when.

You will have more then enough rest with each muscle. Food is the key. It is the most important. Baz

  • awesome video once again baz. triceps just happen to be a rather weak area of mine, ive been trying to hit them hard in the gym lately. this really helped

  • @KCstreets - that is good. If you have weak triceps then you will never be able to train your chest well. Baz

  • Hello Baz,

    A excellent video yet again.

Just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas from UK, have a healthy 2012,

    Tim.

  • @VFRclassik - thanks very much. Merry Xmas to you and your family too. I hope you have a brilliant 2012. Baz

  • @BazBlog if i would to overtrain would my muscles grow? because my left biceps is smaller then my right one and im trying to maintain. and how long should my muscles rest after training it. 1 day?

  • @sharpfraps - no muscles to not grow when they are overtrained. Give yourself 48 hours rest before you train your arms again. Work to the max amount the smaller arm can work with so it can match the other arm. Baz

  • Merry Christmas Baz!

A quick question: What do you think about 4 days training? I train:

    Monday(leggs),

    Tuesday(chest)

    wednesday(Rest-cardio),

    Thursday(back),

    Friday(shoulders)

Saturday to Sunday I rest. Do you think this gives me enough time to rest my muscles? I do a lot of compound training. Eating 650 cals/meal 4-5 times a day (total around 3000 cals/day).

I weight 73 kg and am 180 cm. I also want to start kick boxing during my rest days. What do you think about that?

  • @Theaikro - I think training 4 days a week is fine but you are missing arms and abs. You are having enough rest so you will get growth. As for the food you have to do that by trail and error. If you are gaining muscle and no fat then you have it spot on. If not adjust the amounts you are having. Doing kick boxing is a great sport and good for you. Baz

  • First of all....Merry Christmas Baz!! You're videos have helped me a lot. I just want to ask a question regarding a problem I have. When I do individual reps for my left and right arms, my left would not be able to do as many reps as the right. For example when I do the kickback, my right can go 8 reps, but my left would do only 6. Should I leave it as that or should I re-do the whole set after resting? Usually after 6 reps, my left would not be able to continue....

  • @WhiskeyCola - I would work to the strength of the weaker arm so the stronger arm might find it easier but the weaker arm is having to work very hard. It will get stronger and then match the other arm. It will not take too long. Merry Xmas to you and your family and have a great 2012. Baz

  • excellent reminder about overtraining Baz - I'm going to rest today and tomorrow! Happy Christmas to you and your family

  • @GregTKD100 - thank you so much. Yes you only grow when you rest. Have a fantastic Xmas and 2012 for you and your family. Baz.

  • is there a nicer guy on youtube? baz you are top notch!

  • @Obsidian1392 - thanks so much for that. It is a wonderful compliment. Baz

  • Nice vid Baz!! I found it really motivating, thanks man! Train Hard!

  • @sepertine - thanks so much and the best of luck with your training too. Baz

  • You are the man Baz!

  • @something1337 - thanks so much for that. Baz

  • Okaybime to start tmmrw

  • @NaRuToCrAzY12629 - excellent and good luck with your training. Baz

  • Hi, I just started working out a month or 2 ago and I have to say all of your exercises (the ones I do) have all been really effective and I would like to thank you for making these videos, never stop making these <3

  • @TndKevin - I am so pleased that the videos have helped you. Thanks so much for the support. Baz

  • you look fantastic Baz keep up the good work mate.

  • @TheIvan7770 - thanks so much that is a very nice compliment. Baz

  • Baz, you looked like you were about to burst out laughing at the end of that. Were you high? I laughed anyway :')

Good video too, especially the part about those types that you get at the gym. Informative as ever though, as I recently lost the ability to pratically fit the gym in and have just been using dumb bells. I'd been looking for a tricep excercise though.

    Thanks

  • @JoeM343 - I am just a happy guy that is high on life. I certainly do not need any other junk to do that for me. I have a great deal of respect for my body and life. Thanks for the compliment and i am glad that this video has help a bit with your tricep training. You can get a great workout also doing some dips and you can do that at home using 2 chairs. Baz

  • you are such a steak man, with extra pepper!! :D

  • @EagleWulfVideos - I am a big steak man so I take that as a massive compliment. Baz

  • great vids Baz! subscribed! :)

  • @BlownByBlitz - thanks so much and thanks for the sub. Baz

  • Baz can i constantly train my biceps for 5 days straight and 2 days rest?

  • @KBCorporations - no. that is too much and you will overtrain the biceps. They are small muscles anyway and need good rest to grow. You should never train any muscle more than 2 times a week if you are wanting to build. You should have at least 48 hours rest between each time you train the same muscle. Baz

  • @BazBlog wasn't it 72 hours?

  • @viNCeSkillz - rest time between training the same muscle is between 48 - 72 hours. Baz

  • @BazBlog Thank baz keep the shape on!

  • @viNCeSkillz - cool. Baz

  • @KBCorporations it sounds terrible, if you wanna get bigger, you definately don't want to do that

  • This is a perfect example of someone who has achieved the highest possible level of the physiological pyramid which is transcendentalization. He doesnt keep his blessings to himself and instead, helps others out. This is the kind of person the world needs.

    I salute you.

  • @hackingstance - thanks very much for the compliment. It is much appreciated. Baz

  • Wow thanks so much Baz!! You seem like a genuinely nice guy :) Subbed!! :D

  • @Demolasha - Thanks so much and thanks for the sub. Baz

  • I LOVE THIS GUY GOOD PEP TALK SIR!

  • @iamdatdude1619 - thanks so much for the comment. Baz

  • @iamdatdude1619 It's good but I love to prance around pretending I have wings. Why you gotta hate on the guys who try to imagine they're more swole than they actually are? It gives me hope! Also, while I predominantly want to do this for myself, I also want to do it to impress other people, such as the guys and the ladies. I accept this. Even if this eventually feeds back into selfish concerns, basically I like the idea of being all impressive looking for various reasons. Isn't that okay?

  • thx.u have big horseshoe

  • @dv1797 - that is a very nice thing to say so thank you very much. Baz

  • thanks for the advice,i will! :)

  • @shiwei94 - pleasure. Baz

  • Thank you! :)

Oh by the way baz,i feel pain on the muscles at my kidney area when i jump too much in basketball. Is there any exercises to strengthen there?

  • @shiwei94 - I hope you are drinking around 2 lts of water a day so your kidneys are being flushed properly. To build up muscle you can do deadlifts which are a great exercise for over all muscle and strength. Baz

  • i am currently 17 going on to 18

  • @shiwei94 -I will send you some info. Baz

  • Baz,i am skinny and wish to put on muscle mass & get big.

I have a pair of 4kg dumbbells, one 6kg dumbbell and a pair of 2kg ankle weights at home.

I can lift 20reps at one go with the 6kg dumbbell for both bicep and tricep.

Can u advise me on what exercises that i should do and the sets and reps?

    Thank you!

  • @shiwei94 - if you let me know how old you are I will send you some info. Baz

  • @Toops144 - that is fantastic that you are training for yourself and not for the members of the gym. Get as big as you want and never worry what others think. Thanks so much for the wonderful compliment and if I can ever help you just shout. Baz

  • @BazBlog you are the best Baz, thanks so much for the tips !! however I have a question, I'm quite new to body building, if I start working on my chest then is it necessary that I take rest for 48 hours then work on it again? Is it good if I work on my chest everyday?

  • @Zen1thSoul - thanks very much and it is a pleasure to try and help. It is best to not work your chest more than 2 times a week. You will get better results if you train hard and then let the muscle repair and grow (min 48hours). Make sure you are eating really well as that is important. Baz

  • its difficult to do bent way triceps kick back....can i do by standing up kick back ? n triceps kick back exercise is for making mass ?

  • @ThePathan12345 - You really need to bend over and do them. If you have a problem then rather do dips or push downs. There are loads of tricep exercises that work really well. I find that for mass I would rather do close grip bench press or push downs and find kick backs just give me a great burn. Baz

  • @BazBlog you are such a nice guy,but can you help me a bit? okay, after like 2-3 months ago, i was so fit and so much better,i was training and i was taking rest or i wasnt even training, but i still felt good and so on,but since summer came,my training place closed down for a bit,and i ofc train at home too but i seem to lost almost all my muscle mass,i dont look like before anymore, i mean i have a bit muscle but less and my sides are softer not very tight like before, does cardio help tighten it

  • @Fuxaz5 - it sounds like you have not trained properly and that is why if you lay off for a period of time you will start to lose muscle mass. It does not happen overnight but after a few months you will go back to the way you were before you trained. If you keep eating a lot you will gain a lot of body fat too. I will send you a training plan that if you stick to it you will be as good as before and probably even better. Baz

  • @BazBlog and why are my legs so rock hard and bigger than before? i seem to train them a bit to tighten the skin but is that the reason they are so big and uncomftable? :( thanks

  • @Fuxaz5 - I am not sure but if you have been training them hard then you must expect them to develop and get stronger harder and bigger. Baz

  • you look fantastic for your age sir, keep it up! :-)

  • @Calibur316 - thanks very much that is a great compliment. Baz

  • Hey Baz. So to allow for a good rest time for the arms is :

    Arms - Monday

    Shoulders/Back - Wednesday

    Chest - Friday

the best way to go as arms are (mostly Triceps) used quite alot on Chest day?

  • @Garfeh26 - yes that sounds great I find I do quite a bit more. I do

    Mon/Thurs Chest, Arms

    Tues/Fri Back, Shoulders, Abs

    Wed/Sat Legs (quads, hamstrings, calves)

    Baz

  • @BazBlog Ahhh great. I'll go with that then. Chest and arms on the same day makes sense.

Thanks alot Baz you're a great help :)

  • @Garfeh26 - excellent and good luck with your training. Baz

  • An excellent video! I've been wondering if it is all right that I work my chest and arms twice in a week with 48 hours break(rest) though?Wouldnt be ending up with over training plateau?Thank you so much!

  • @icemile009 - thanks very much. That is what I do. Chest and arms 2 times a week with the 48 hours rest. It works really well for me. The key is the food you eat. If you eat right you will build. If you do not you will not build. I hope that helps. Baz

  • Comment removed

  • @ManVsIron - brilliant information. Thanks a lot for sharing that with the viewers. I think you are quite right. I do like to mix them up a bit and do not only stick to just one. Baz

  • 1 Person clicked the wrong button...

  • @Monsg00se - ;-) Baz

  • Baz, thanks for the videos and your explanations of the different exercises. Your explanation of the way the muscle fibers rest, recuperate and grow back is so simple and an excellent along with the warning about overtraining! Funny how a simple use of fingers to diagram muscles fibers can explain, something so crucial. I just took up weightlifting a few months ago after losing 43 pounds last year to match my age of 43. :) Yuor videos are a great help, thanks!

  • @Moezilla2k - thanks very much. I have tried to keep the exercises and explainations as simple as possible. I think we make too many things complicated. For the average person like us we do not need all the mega info on nutrition and weights that the top competition guys need. I hope you keep training and that you go from strength to strength. Baz

  • hey baz! im a singaporean, and i enjoy all your videos, i find them very useful.. im only 16 years old..by carrying weights will it stunt my growth? what is your height?

  • @sdsadsad342423432432 - I do not think it will stunt your growth because once you get to about 16 your bone ends are hard and are able to handle heavier weights. I am 5'10" tall. I have trained since I was about 16 on and off. My father was 5'8" and my mother was 5'5" but my grand father was 6'4" so genetics certainly will play a part. Baz

  • @BazBlog thanks very much baz.I Appreciate it

  • @donkoki77 - Pleasure and thank you. Baz

  • Is it fine to train triceps 3 exercises every one 10 then 8 then 6 reps once per week , or I should add a fourth exercise?

And thanks for the video ,I used to to do kickbacks the wrong way.

  • @spectre2055 - Yes I think that is fine. Do them with real focus and you should get some great results. I am glad you have sorted out your kickback exercise. Baz

  • hey baz.....is it good for a 4 month beginner like me....to take a only 46 hours for recupration? i workout 45 mins on arms a day...and rest for 2 days...and it is true...when i lift dumbbells...i wont grow taller again? im 5.3 ft tall and im 15, i want to be taller....Please Reply.

  • @donkoki77 - 46 hours rest is fine. At your age rather go quite light and do lots of reps 12-20 per set. You do not want to use heavy weights as your bone ends are still a bit soft and not quite mature. You will not stop your growth as you can continue to grow into your early 20's. I would not worry about it. Train well and when you are 16 start to go a lot heavier with the weights. Baz

  • Great videos man. and your 100% right about the dont prance around the gym attitude that most people have. I told someone at my gym that i wasnt here for discouragement but for i was here for improvement and that really shut him up. :)

  • @CamNM1991 - brilliant comment and I will remember that the next time I am in a gym and see the heros. lol Baz

  • i just found ur videos out i love how u talk about being urself that's the most important thing people forget that all the time they hear from friends taking anabols and all that stuff and think they should do it too i almost got that far myself im training 1 year now without that much effect but patience is the best thing u can have in the world.

  • @ginoenzo123 - thanks very much for the compliments. Yes you have to do what you believe is right for you. I am surprised that after a year you have not had the growth you would like. I will share some ideas with you and hopefully you will get results a little quicker. You are right preserve your life and never get involved with steroids. Baz

  • lol i like it that you put in every title massive or huge muscle

  • @Corbink94 - yes because it gets visits to the channel. The exercises will get you massive if you eat right and train hard but of course it is up to each person how big they want to be and how far they want to go. Baz

  • Nice message that you said in the begging and thanks for showing the triceps video I believe that it will help thanks.

  • @MobianTopFighter - pleasure and thanks so much for the support. Good luck with your training. Baz

  • 3:00 to 3:15 is great stuff

i use to get all sad and dissapointed that im too skinny n weak COMPARED to these other guys who've been training for years. thanks dude i am seeing results..its all in ur heart/mind too.

  • @MYDICKISWOW - I think being the best you that you can be is all you need to do every day of your life to have a wonderful and happy life. Good luck with your training my friend. Baz

  • Wow, amazing fitness. You look great! I usually do skullcrushers, I am trying to build up my triceps. How long do you think it will take my triceps to kind of look like yours? Thanks if you respond. :)

  • @ThrustyHips - thanks very much. Muscles do not appear overnight. You have to work with them for quite some time. To get some nice growth it will take anything from 4 to 6 months. The growth will only depend on you training really well but more important that you are eating right. Baz

  • Baz the amount of muscle fibers CAN be increased through excercise, its called hyperplasia, this usually occurs with capilarisation as the ammount of motor neurons increase as do the ammount of fibres connected to the neurons. Also this elements is important for strength also. Please watch what you proclaim, but besides this good video

  • @bicaj05 - Well I guess Arnold then does not know what he is talking about. On pg 12 of Body Building for Men Quote. " We are each given a certain number of these fibres at birth, and we can't increase them through diet, exercise, or any other means." I am very careful about what I say. I research a lot before I say things. I think I would rather believe what Arnold has to say with his advisors than most other people. Baz

  • i love doing kickbacks they really make your triceps buldge-great arms baz all the best to you from a friend in ireland.

  • @pwalsh793 - yes they are one of my favourites too. You certainly will get some nice looking arms doing them. My wifes father was from Ireland. Baz

  • @MrDcuellar - Mate thanks very much for your support. I am sure you will look good if you train. Baz

  • @MrDcuellar - you have just made a friend for life. Thanks very much for the compliment. Baz

  • Baz, start doing compound only workouts and i bet u will grow, no offence dude but u never seem to get bigger....

  • @CWA1982 - You know I am 59 I am very happy with my size and if I wanted to get bigger I would. I think it is not a good thing to tell others what they should be doing. You must do what is good for you and you can tell others what you do. If they feel it would be good for them they will do it. Baz

  • @CWA1982 We don't know he doesn't do compounds. We don't know his goals right now.

I'm an exercise phys wkg w special populatns including elderly (no offence Baz!) and when you get older, even maintaing muscle is an achievement. I'm sure u're tryg to help, but understd people hv diff goals, not just bulk up. Tt kind of thkg make the apes Baz describes at the start think they own the gym, but don't realise how useless they'd be fitness wise compared to some of the 'small' athletes also liftg wts

  • @Bonecrusher27WTF - thanks for the support. I actually do a lot of compound exericises as they are key. To say beginners must only do compound exercises is not quite right. Every thing in moderation as it is not a race but a way of life. Baz

  • hey baz, beginners should only do compounds IMO and i think back and chest compund exercises like seated row, chinups bench press ect with heavy weights will build up ur arms without any isolations when ur at a beginner level, without the risk of injury. ....im an intermediate lifter and barely touch bicep or tricep isolations and my arms grow fine just from the heavy compounds...im just saying this because i see 2 many skinny guys wasting time on routines filled with isolations

  • @CWA1982 - that is one of the theories that is going around. Injury can occur in any exercise if you do it wrong. Probably more chance with shoulder press and squats. Provided you do not try to lift every thing in the gym but use reasonable weights making sure the muscle do the lift you will be perfectly safe. You can do isolation exercises from day one if you use correct form. Food is the key to building along with correct weight, the right sets and reps. Done right all exercise builds. Baz

  • @BazBlog theroies?....no its true! small skinny guys need to be doing compounds 90% of the time, for most skinny guys, isolations are a waste of time unless u have great genetics, trust me, most young guys in the gym arnt geting the results because they do split routines full of isolations....compounds build good base strength and overall strength, not to metion functionability, also, u cant do isolations in the low reps range, only compounds.

  • @CWA1982 - I think rather let others decide what is best for them. There are unfortunately too many people wanting others to do what they do and that does not make it right for them. Baz

  • @CWA1982 You are right about compounds and skinny guys/ beginners but in this vid Baz only describes how to perform this exercise. He never advocated using this ONLY for building muscles. If you look through his vids you'll see him describe a close grip BP too. He also uses a half pyramid system, keeping his reps in the 6-12 rep range, which is consistent with muscle hypertrophy rep ranges in the literature. Your muscles recognise only tension, and adapt to that, not type of exercise.

  • One of the many things I like about your vids is how you often preface them. This vid with your thought on bodybuilding posers is one of them. It reminds me of way back when if you weren't a steroid pumped bodybuilder you'd get bullied or deemed as having less rights to use the machines. People screaming to prove how much they are lifting etc

    .

These days there is more respect for other athletes lifters, even runners. But the culture is still there. Wish I'd met lifters like you when I started

  • @Bonecrusher27WTF - Thanks very much for the compliment. I think when you have good respect for yourself you will respect others and their opinions. You might not agree with them but you can respect them and acknowledge them for that. The bullies are just guys who have to dominate because they feel inferior so they have to act superior. Sad but true. When you just try to be your best then for you, you are the best. How others think, act or what they say is not important. Baz

  • hey baz i hv a question

i am doing Overhead Triceps Extensions

but will that affect my height?

  • @nigel2210 - No I do not think so. I will need to know how old you are and what sort of exercises you are doing. I would also need to know the amount of reps and the kind of weight you are using. Baz

  • oh one more question, does lifting weights affect your growth? im 15 and afraid that it will stoped me from growing taller, i only have 4 lbs dumbells here at home, was it too light or too heavy for my age to hinder my growth?

  • @eyongrobotreplica - That weight seems light enough. At 15 you should not have a problem and so you can train as you want now. Baz

  • @BazBlog thanks baz! i thought it would hinder my growth

  • @eyongrobotreplica - no you should be fine. It is always good to go light with lots of reps when you start as a young person anyway. Baz

  • oh and atleast 4 times a week im having an aerobic/cardio workout to burn more fats, and ive already cut my meals

  • @eyongrobotreplica - Be careful about cutting food. You really need to eat yourself thin. Baz

  • @BazBlog oh yeah thats what i mean, thanks baz

  • @eyongrobotreplica - Great. Baz

  • hey baz! i've subbed and looking forward more to your vids! i'm fifteen, and noticed that ive acquired some body fats because last summer i have a regular workout routine then stoped. now i learned that discipline is the key and i'm working out again just last month, but see some little changes, im doing workouts coz i want to tone my body, but not too big, and im having problems about fats in my belly. i have abs when i flex my stomach, but i dont flex it my fats show damn. btw, ur awesome!

  • @eyongrobotreplica - You need to have a look at the nutrition video and the fat burn video. They will help you to get rid of the excess body fat. I think I gave you 3 months free sub to my site. If not let me know and I will send you the link. On there there is loads of material that will really help you. Baz

  • @BazBlog thanks baz

  • @eyongrobotreplica - Pleasure my friend. Baz

  • @BazBlog oh one more question, does lifting weights affect your growth? im 15 and afraid that it will stoped me from growing taller, i only have 4 lbs dumbells here at home, was it too light or too heavy for my age to hinder my growth?

  • Hey Baz first off nice smile at then end :) Im starting to get into weight training and im 14 but 15 soon. I know the food you eat is a big part of training but since im still young i still eat unhealthy foods from time to time. I have allready noticed a difference in my biceps but my question is, is it ok not to go ahead and have a full protein diet ect and just carry on eating what im eating also i dont mind if this slows the process down. Thanx

  • @airpartical - you are a bit young to be going too heavy with weights. There is a lot of training that you can do to get you a great foundation which requires little or no weights. Food is the key as you said. If you are really serious you have to be quite strict with your diet. Too much protein is not healthy so have a look at the nutrition video on bazblog for some tips. Baz

  • exellent explaination!!! :-D ,is it atall possible to discuss my workout and food routine to see if whether i am doing things right please?.

  • @kes11 - Thanks very much for the comment. I have sent you some info and if you need more help just let me know. Baz

  • We Americans love your accent, and it makes us listen and learn more. smile

  • @goodfind2 - that is very nice to hear. I love the American accent. One of my best friends is American and I always loved his accent. Baz

  • Always nice to see the enthusiasm! Very true in every respect for the importance of recuperation, Our muscles actually grow when we are not working out, very important. Thanks for your efforts

  • @multicubby - thanks very much that is a great compliment. You have put the rest very nicely. I appreciate your support. Baz

  • hey baz, what weight do you use for you kickbacks? thanks for the tip i will start this doin this excercise 2 moro. cheers

  • @jamiecurls - I think you must go quite light so you can pause at the top of the rep for a second. If you go too heavy you will swing/throw the weight up and not get the benefit of the exercise. I use about 15lbs when I do them and normally as a superset after doing some push downs. They give a killer burn. Baz

  • Your enthusiasm is contagious. Your explanation of how the muscles build was excellent. Sub for sure.

  • @cdlravenwolf - that is so cool to hear. Thanks a million for your support and I hope your training goes really well. Baz

  • I really want to train once a day but this has made me unshore, cant 24 hours be enough?

    please answear:)
