To get apps on iTunes on ur computer you have to go to the iTunes store and make an iTunes account and just type in an app that you want and sync it to your iPod.

i try to download this. ever time i download any update for the ipod touch, it says i dont have permission to acsees it or something. it says check my wireless internet or try again later. i spent 10 dollars on the update. please help

2chromedout--I did't I was already on 2.1 so it was free! If your above 2.0 and more you can get it for free! But if your on 1.1.4 and below it was cost $10

so i have a 1st gen jailbroken ipod touch.... im on an illegal 2.1 modded firmware, with like £70 worth of apps i.... er... stole. I guess upgrading would loose thoose. so yeah im not doing that. can you stil SSH 2.2? there woulnt be a way of upgrading w/o loosing jailbreak status? (doubt it anyway) any feedback apriciated.

do u use installous? if you do they will still be in installous so u can upgrade. if not, there is no other way

what so all my installed apps in instalous wont be formatted? or are you saying upgrade to 2.2 via installous? i'd rather stay on my custom firmware for a while unless theres an actual valid point or reason enough for me to upgrade lol.
