Can you run this even if you already have security. I have microsoft security essentials and I run scans all the time and it always says there's nothing but I know that's not true. Also are you 100% sure that this is safe to use. Please get back to me.

@SUPERNUKE321 Did you try tinkering with McAfee's pop-up blocker? I'm sure it has one, especially if you pay for it. I don't use Internet explorer, but I'm sure you could configure pop-up blockers in there too. Try youtubing how to do these things. good luck :D

I even checked off all the shit to check, nothing important went away. My windows 7 still has a black screen and wont run effiecntly unless im on safe mode, which im on right now. And it wasn't a trojan you had, It was a fucking rootkit, why do you think it's so hard to get rid of, it's a compact archived zippped file that starts when you boot, it hides in your boot sector and it's hard for AV to scan in that area.. I had one of these a while back and studied it, NOT FUCKING went around looking for a tool that removes it.. I removed my shit manually..

@SuperFazinator Ah, you're running a Mac, aren't you? That may be the problem. I'll try to look for a Mac version. If there isn't, you can always look up Boot Camp or whatever it's called for Mac so that you can run .exe files for Mac (because Mac can't run .exe files or .msi etc.)

@MrBedify So basically you can't download the file from the description because your internet is all messed up? If so, try downloading the link on another computer, put the file on a flash drive, put it on the infected computer, and then run it.

@xxdestroyerrxx I would advise you to uninstall the antivirus software you currently have, and then download the free version of AVG. Just type in AVG in Google and you should get it. If you want to, you can purchase the full version for like 50 bucks or so, but the free version is perfectly fine. AVG has no stupid popups and does a scan on its own like twice a month for you. It's really good :D

@whitemocha89 Hmmm, well, first of all I'm sorry but I don't work with Mac's, but the only advice I might be able to give is if you have some sort of anti-virus software, after you run a test and it shows you your results, whatever kind of file it shows as being corrupt should give you some idea on what kind it is. But if it's a kind of virus that's sneaky and you can't even find the file, the symptoms of it can be a clue as to what it is. Different viruses act in different ways, which I HATE
