The colliery winding engine was very impressive to see running. From memory the drum weighed 80T's. Even at full speed bringing coal up from the mine there was no vibration. I wish I could remember where it was. Probably long scrapped now..
I will have a hunt around in my archived papers to try to locate the places visited in these films.. certainly I'm sure someone will kindly offer some names to

But impressive to watch those massive iron parts moving so smooth.

That would be nice. If one knows the place or the name of the mine...one is able to google more about the place in your video.
Maybe one´s even able to see via google the sight of the places today.
