what would we do? Well first of all I would not send 2 teams of swat to home with just a wife husband and a small child. There is now legislation to prevent just this, the overuse of tactical teams for what in this case the take down of a family. Then I would not have discharged a firearm in an enclosed surrounding where there is a child nearby so as to not permanently deafen the child. I would not have shot the dog infront of the child so as to not traumatise the child.

The SWAT team was serving a "narcotics" s/w..I didnt see any officer with narcotics being collected. I dont know why the dog was shot and the officers are not going to say anything about the dog because it probably was not necessary. The defendant requested an attorney pretty quick so anything the officers hear the defendant say is not admissable. The officers said "I'll take that as a yes" even though the defendant didnt say anything, bad raid.

This wan't "Columbus" MO and it didn't happen in some county called Colmubus either.

It happened in Columbia Missouri which is in Boone County. They shot two very small dogs, a part pit bull puppy in a pink sweater and a corgi. The pit bull puppy was killed, the corgi was wounded. All that was in the home was a marijuana pipe which was found in the garage.
